*deep breath* my journey to a thinner / healthier me

Bread - I agree. I am having huge problems with bread at the moment as I crave it yet bloat very badly on it, and if I have bread I crave more carbs :( so think thats a good idea. I am cutting back again this week to see if it helps me too :)

You will be on holiday Em, a size smaller than last time, enjoy it :D

Jackie, I'm kicking Chris out of the house to go and do some shopping later and getting on youtube via the xbox to do some Zumba :giggle: This is first on my list to do :D

We've figured out that we can pay the deposit for the villa in august, but I might see if I can find a nicer one and book everything separately instead. But we'll definitely have one booked by the middle of august one way or another :woohoo:

Food plan for today

Brekkie - weetabix (hexb and hexa for milk)
Snack - blueberries and grapes
Lunch - homemade hummus, carrot and cucumber sticks
Snack - banana
Dinner - linda mccartney sausage roll and 5 mini waffles (12 syns)
Snack - ice lolly (2 syns), muller light and strawberries

Though I have to admit I'm absolutely knackered now and sweating buckets. But I did it and I feel better for it :D I might have another go later and see how I get on

I'm just having cucumber with my hummus. I tried carrots, but I really, really don't like them :eek:

Just doing a quick food plan tomorrow, I know if I don't plan I could totally go off the rails (it should be dad's birthday tomorrow), but then again I could end up going totally off the rails anyway (I really hope I don't)

Dinner - chilli con carne from the freezer

I'm thinking of you sweetheart , it's would be my mums birthday nx Wednesday , then it's my dads anniversary on the 26th, then mums anniversary in August , it's so hard and I know how u feel bout going off the rails ,
I was 21 wen my dad passed away and 36 wen I lost my mum,

Am adding 2 babybells and 2 alpen light bars to this as an extra hexb and hexa choice because it's pretty much a red day yeah? The chilli, is actually a bolognese sauce, but quite a big portion and all it's got in it is mince, tomato, onion and carrot :D

Going to have a catch up with everyone now as I really need the distraction x
