I am doing a half marathon in November!!! I am crapping it!!!! Lol....
I am planning my training schedule!!!!
I'm going to run a 5k 2/3 times a week for 3 or 4 weeks..... and finish my slim and save journey..... then I'll re-feed and start my 10k training..... which will be about 6 weeks.... and then I'll start the half marathon training...... I have 26 weeks!!!
I'm going to run it for hounds for heroes!!!!!
I'm very excited!!!!! Hehe!!!
