Did my first 100 this morning!!! While i was waiting for my porridge!!! Lol..... Doesnt half get your heart pounding... so everyday while waiting for my porridge and another 3 sets and that should be an extra lb a week!!!!

60 crunches and out with the pups! Up hill wAlK 20 mins and about 30 mins regular walk!!! Was a bit crap with the water yesterday so need to up that today!!! Back to work! Back to routine!!! YAY!!!

I'm impressed at how you are fitting in that exercise - no excuses for the rest of us! I have been trying to use a hula hoop round my middle. I can report it's not like riding a bike - I can only keep it up for about 3 circles at the mo!

Ooooh I want a hoola hoop!!!! I'm quite lucky.... we have plenty of walking places near us and we dont start work till 11 so we have plenty of time to get a good hr walk with the dogs morning and evening!!!!

ooo thats nice time to start at 11, can fit some bits in first, I do try sometimes to go gym for 6.30am..but uuggh... I love my pillow too much to leave the house at 5.30 lol
I'm about to do my week 3 day 2 press up challenge training in a minute - are you still doing that? It's difficult for me to tell when you do so many fitness things you exercise junky you!
