Its at 11..... I'm already feeling a bit weepy.... It was Jo's birthday yesterday she would have been 34.... So sad.....

Hormones arent helping along with John going away today for a week..... was going to come off plan for the race day but going to stay on.... It could lead to a godawfull week next week.... trying to get back on and get weekend weight off!!!

Feel all bloated and horrid.... Feeeling very blue today!!!

Think I will feel better when i know John is in Scotland safe!!! They're motorbiking up there.... in this weather!!! : ( Very nervous for him!!!
