At least with my back tattoo I have a head start!

Decided I am going all out to get the 14's ASAP! So..... Will watch the food while away and there'll be plenty of walking about and dancing lol.... Beer water will drop off!!!!!

This morning I cycled to where we walk the dogs! And back! Bout ten miles! Met John there and walked pups! 800 cals burned before breakfast!!!! Bring it on!!!!!

I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!!!!

I've got 17 sleeps till my hols..... but i do have bestival in that time..... But all i can do is try......

I tried all the clothes i've been fereting away on and there's only a pair of jeans and the 'red jeans of doom' that dont fit!!!

Gonna work my ass off!!!!!

So here I am..... Ready to go.... Weighed in this morning and the weights going in he right direction..... Obv a naughty weekend isnt gonna help lol..... But at least i know what I'm doing is right!!!!! : )

So fun weekend and the back to it for holiday weight off and hopefully a bit more before my hols!!!!!!!!

Just waiting for my train...... YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
