Have upped my cals slightly as i was having a deficit of over 1200 cas on Crossfit days..... so upped slightly!!! Right in the swing of paleo now!!!! Love it!!!

Box jumps then press ups!!! Finally got over my box jump fear!!!! I do it with weight stacked in front but I've finally conquered the movement!!! Was SO pleased with myself!!!!
Getting somewhere now!!!
