I think you'll be ok you know Im guessing 1.5 off tomorrow...agree?
I think when exercise becomes very hard or a chore it's time to sod it off and choose something else...maybe you just need a few nights off from it, I don't know I only do walking and the SW exercise class and that nearly kills me off lol

I get just has wound up about your weigh has i do mine lol - maybe a weekend away will do you the world of good chuck
