Ah thanks ladies I still cant believe it ! Il have my work cut out wiv a 2yr old n newborn but I dont mind waiting on midwife to phne me for my first appointment. Iv worked out my first scan wil be the week we get married so its gna be a great week for us
This is ydays food and il be back later to update food from 2day..
Breakfast - toast, lowfat spread, jam, cuppa
Lunch - caramel snack a jacks, low fat yog
Dinner - asda gfy cottage pie, veg, sweetcorn
Snacks - gingerbread man, milkey way x 2
Exercise - 1hr walk wiv pushchair
Heres to another good day

Ah I feel so rubbish today and have ate way over my cals. I just feel so tired and really cant be bothered to do anything

Well after my yummy chinese last night :O im feeling better and back on track today !
Im now 6weeks preg and realy need to shift a good stone before I start puttin on preg weight! I get married in 7 weeks so if I can lose 2lb a week id be over the moon !
I know I can do it !

Had a good day so far and think im back on track. Everytime I think about strayin I just thought of my wedding dress and if I put on weight it wont fit! :O so that keeps me going!
Breakfast - two toast, low fat spread, jam
Lunch - caramel snack a jacks, low fat yog
Dinner - chicken n basil pasta
Snacks - foxs mini cookies, yog lata on
Exercise - 1hr+ walk 2 town pushin pushchair
Iv uped my breakfast to two toast and iv found I last all way to lunchtime not feeling hungry whereas usually id be wantin to snack. Now just to conquor the evening munchies!

Week 5 (6weeks pregnant)
Start weight 15.7
Weight to date 15.0
Not weighed in today cos I no I had a bit off an off week last week so im just skippin it and will weigh in nxt friday instead.
Had my first good day in a long time yday so hope I can keep it up.
Im 24 tomorrow and thers no way nxt yr im bein fat when I turn 25! I remember sayin this on my 21st and I managed to lose some but then got pregnant!
So this is it!

After a great couple days im having one day off since its my birthday
Treating us too a nice takeaway for dinner and a yummy sausage n egg sarny for lunch!

Had a lovely bday yesterday and enjoyed a lush nan wrap for tea last night so back on track today. Im havin a nice big sunday dinner but will count every cal.

Had another good day 2day although im starting to get the early pregnancy tiredness and pains on bottom of my back! But still had a lovely 2. 1/2hr walk wiv my lil boy shoppin etc, completely worn out now tho!
Breakfast - 2 toast, low fat spread, jam, cuppa
Lunch - phily light snack pot, cheese straw
Dinner - chicken stirfry wiv added sweetcorn, 1/4 garlic baguette
Snacks - cup of tea
Exercise - 150mins walking wiv stroller (476cals)
Feeling nice and full after dinner so I may have a nice cupa b4 bed

Just catching up after my holiday firstly belated happy birthday and wow wow wow massive congrats on pregnancy! so pleased for you hun, take care and don't be too strict on yourself, wee baby needs fed enjoy this special time!
My older 'kids' had a 21 and 19 month age gap between all three, hard work yes, but very rewarding and they all grew up close!
