Oh that it awful. My husband has that and had operations which didn't really help.

It's the worst pain, I might have to have an op. I'm on water tabs then might have to have injections in the wrist & then maybe an op.

So today's a new day & a new week for me. Really need to get my act together. Can't believe where nearly in march. I'm not happy with my weight loss I'm just yo yo ing. 1 week I can have an amazing loss then the next I have a gain. It my birthday next sun, & it really brings it home that I don't want to spend another year battling with this weight.

So here's today's plan. I'm gonna have a red day and go spinning later.

Well after a week of binging I've gained 7lbs that's my worst gain ever. So here's the realisation I can't keep going like this its going to seriously damage my health. I'm going to use this to spur me on I will not gain like that again.
 
Had a nice day today, swimming with my kiddies it's been a while & really pleased with my sons progress

Red day

B- wheatabix
L- roast pork, savoury cabbage, broccoli, gravy and 2 yorkie puds.
T- asdas Mexican chicken, large salad, pitta

Hex a- milk
Hex b- pitta & wheatabix

Snacks- 4 crab sticks, apple, grapes

Syns- gravy- 3, yourkie puds- 5, Mexican chicken- 1.5
( total- 9.5. Weekly- 95.5)

Spinning burning 540 cals.

Think positive - I read somewhere that there was a study done and it found that people who thought positively about achieving goals were more likely to obtain them. May be a load of cr*p but its worth a go! X
 
Added it up wrong yesterday it wasn't 7lb gain it was a six, still bad but a pounds a pound lol :\
 
Hi kel sorry about ur gain :-( x I have also been off plan was going to stay off it but know I will put another stone on if I do & then I will feel even worse than I do at the moment , I've had a cold the last 2 weeks & am feeling very sorry for myself got to buck my ideas up , hope u have a good day today xx

Sorry to hear you've had a gain kel. don't let it ruin your sense of overall achievement. Your doing fab, weight wise and tackling the bingeing. Its tough stuff, this changing habits. I also gain weight in large chunks easy, its a slap in the face and always takes twice as long to get it off.. but you will get there. sending lots of positive, skinny thoughts your way. Keep trucking on girl. Your fab. x
 
Thanks for the support guys, I've had another bad week. I just can't focus. I need to get my birthday out the way and then start a fresh Monday. I'm not weighin in this week so I've got a week to put it right.
 
You can do it hun. We all go off track sometimes, and birthdays are part of life so are unavoidable!

Really lookin forward to getting back on plan, cannot weight to hit the gym. Gonna shift this flab ready for summer :)

Phew got through day 1, so tonight I had training and didn't get in until 9 so usually I would use this as an excuse to binge but I haven't. Instead of sitting down when I got in I was straight in the kitchen cookin the sw way :)

B- wheatabix & banana
L- mushroom & onion omelette & baked beans.
T- McCain jacket potato & mushy pea curry

Hex a- milk, cheese
Hex b- wheatabix

Snacks, 2apples, banana

Syns- jacket spud- 1, sugar-1

Exercise- body pump and a whole load of cleaning.
