Had another slip up this weekend, need to conquer the weekends now I'm okay during the weeks. but I still lost 1lb this week so its still a loss xx
Well done Would it help if you planned in a treat or two at the weekend to keep you on plan? Xx
I'm going to see how this weekend coming goes, and if I slip up again then I'm going to take a different approach xxx
I don't feel as if I'm doing as well as I could on Ultraslim, so I'm coming off it. I'm going to start a low calorie diet instead and us MFP to track, to see how that works for a few weeks. I'm struggling on the Ultraslim as I want something with flavour that I can chew! Today I've had a tin of WW chicken noodle soup and 4 ryvita which works out at 189 cals...this is less than one of my shakes!! I'll keep you lovely ladies informed of how I get on xxx
Do you know I am thinking the same thing! I just could not face shakes today so ate food. Ate crap (ooops) but there is another day tomorrow! Good luck xx
