Breakfast - hot porridge

Lunch - 2 wholemeal bread with beans and scrambled egg

Snack - ham slices with SW chips

Dinner - pork loin with carrots, mangetout, SW mini roasts & gravy

Saturday food update

Breakfast - bacon, egg, beans, tomato, 2 wholemeal toast& mushrooms

Lunch - melon, clementine, muller light

Dinner - SW chicken chasseur, carrots SW mini roast potatoes forgot to add massive flat mushroom with pama ham and a baby bel light melted on top - delicious (Andy's idea for a starter)

2 glasses rose wine

Sunday 17.8.14

I am writing this today Monday as yesterday Andy, myself and his mum Christine went to Lytham for the day to the 1940's weekend, it was brilliant. I dressed up again in my 1940's style dress, seamed stockings, brogues, and I styled my hair in a 1940's updo....I bought myself an authentic 1940's handbag for a bargain £7.00 :)

We started the day with a full breakfast of bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes, 2 wholemeal toast. Whilst we were in Lytham Andy and Christine ate in a cafe for lunch, I just had a coffee as I actually wasn't hungry but when we got home I had my small pack of Sushi.

We took Christine back to Barnoldswick and by the time we'd done that it was 6pm so we decided to eat out and went to a lovely Cantonese restaurant in Earby. I had vegetable spring rolls x 2 and sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice and 2 diet cokes, it wasn't a big meal as we ordered from the value menu lol but non the less it was delicious.

I didn't eat anything else yesterday, I'm not sure of the syn values but heyho I'm not too worried as I know I didn't eat too much.

Pizza omellete yummy....just made with 3 eggs, S&P, shredded ham, chopped fresh tomato & 1 babybel light cheese melted.....nice

breakfast was hot porridge made with 35g oats & semi milk

dinner will be either pork loin or mums left over roast beef with cauli, broccoli & SW potatoes and gravy since I didn't have a Sunday dinner yesterday lol :)

Pleased you enjoyed your Cantonese. I think synwise shouldn't be too bad at all. Pizza omelette looks lush x :D
 
Tuesday 19.8.14

today is my first day back at work after my week off...not to bad as I'm only in 3 days then off for a week and half...oh the easy life :)

i had my magic porridge this morning and oh how i'd missed it with having hot for the last few days and cooked breakfasts with Andy....

i was really starving at lunch time probably due to not having the cooked brekkers....i'd packed a ham salad but that was not going to cut it so I nipped to the staff mess and bought jacket potato with baked beans chucked the salad n ham on top and devoured the lot plus a muller light yogurt...was stuffed then :D

now cooking dinner for me an Dan we're having Gammon, egg, SW wedges, sweetcorn n peas as Dan is also following SW to with me, he did forget to weigh himself this morning though.

Friday 21.8.14

Ok I have just re set my target weight to 12 stone. I have hit my first target weight of 13 stone this morning and I'm chuffed :banana dancer:that's a very respectable 2 stone 5lb lost in only 15 weeks. My next goal is to get my 2.5 stone award and get into the 12 stone bracket. Hopefully next week I can get the 2lb for Andy's birthday weekend away, then I will aim for the 12 stone for October 27th which is my sons 21st birthday.

My food for today so far is

Brunch

Bacon
egg
tomatoes
beans
mushrooms
Weight watchers cumberland sausage
1 wholemeal (800g) toast (no butter)

snacked on clementines

Dinner

chicken, pepper & onion kebabs
egg fried rice made slimming world way

Only joined this site today and absolutely had to subscribe to this thread! I'm not doing SW but find your determination really motivational! A massive massive well done! Eagerly awaiting further updates! :)
 
Hi Lyndsey, thanks for the message, it keeps me going that people might read, just saying to my BF this morning that I am stunned at my own determination this time....but I want him to have the best of me, healthy, happy and looking good lol....he loves me whatever but he deserves the best just for that.

Today is a lovely blue day here in Preston so we have just had a masssive breakfast of....

I resisted Andy's fried bread but did say that I could actually have a 1/4 slice if I really wanted it but I want my 12 something on Friday.

We are going to get out and about today for a walk with Tia then Andy can settle down to watch F1 qualifying and I might go for a toot round the shops.

Dinner tonight is bought, actually I'm becoming quite predictable as we will be having a steak dinner....this meal blog today could be the last week blog I should just cut an paste....

Sunday - late update

F1 race day so nothing adventurous.

food today

breakfast - bacon, 1.5 WW sausage (1syn) egg & tbsp ketchup butty (2 WM 400g) oh my god this was delicious

lunch - beetroot salad & half pack of sushi

dinner - roast chicken, SW roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, gravy, 2 mini yorkshire puddings (6 syns)
 
Bank holiday Monday 25.8.14

out for a walk today, went to Turton and walked around the reservoir which took nearly an hour. Back home and snuggled up on sofa cos its proper cold.

breakfast - 2 poached egg on 2 wholemeal toast

lunch - other half of sushi pack and muller light

dinner - cooking cottage pie
lean mince less than 5%
onion
mushroom
carrot
peas
oxo cube
All cooked in oven for 2 hr so nice and tender
mash made with potatoes 1 egg and skimmed milk S&P

Tuesday 26.8.14

This is Andy and my last week of holidays for summer, so we got up early and went to the flee market in Preston this morning, Andy goes quite regular but it was my first time. We ended up buying a 1930's cabinet that ive been looking for for ages it now has pride of place in our lounge (andys house) with my Carlton Ware and Clarice Cliff antiques. The cabinet was the princely sum of £25 lol :)

food update

breakfast - BLT on wholemeal 400g toast with low cal mayo (2syns)

lunch - noodle pasta pot & banana and fat free greek yogurt

snack - clementine

dinner - chilli beef noodle soup with SW chilli chips
