Wednesday 10.9.14

up early this morning, back dating my diary and drinking coffee.....

Breakfast - magic porridge

lunch - salad with chopped ham
muller light yogurt
banana
small pack sushi

dinner - not got a scooby yet...Andy sorts out Wed dinners as I go over to Preston on Wed nights.

also sneaky peak on scales for some reason is suggesting a pound gain..... :( hopefully it will have righted itself by Friday as I know for fact I have not eaten above my syns ever and I don't have TOM so no reason for it. I do not eat absent mindedly so I know nothing 'naughty' has gone in my mouth, I'll see what Friday brings.
 
Food update for Wednesday

decided for something easy so had pizza omelette all slimming world free, slimming world chips and beans totally awsome Andy had pork loin, egg, SW chips and beans. I also cooked a couple pieces of salmon for my lunch tomorrow with a salad....its been a bit of a fishy week this week tuna, crab sticks, sushi x2 now salmon.....oh and Fridy we had cod parcels....

also i mentioned my son was following SW with me when he saw how well i was doing, he has lost 10lb in 4 weeks he's also cut out rubbish and eating same as me in week and weight watchers meals at the weekend when he has to cater for himself.

Anyway nearly bed time, i'm so tired :kitty:
 
Friday 12.9.14

A Bit gutted this morning as I've STS and haven't got a scooby why as I have done nothing different the last week as any other week...a bit perplexed really, I know at least it's not a gain but if I had eaten off plan at any point I would accept it but I haven't strayed once. I don't feel bloated, I don't have TOM or any other hindrance.... Hoping the consolation prize is a double loss next week.

Friday cont....

had a banana at mums until I could cook my late lunch.

at home now and Dan and I have had a full breakfast / lunch of

1 WW sausage 0.5 syns
bacon
scrambled egg
baked beans

had a Muller fruitopolis which I believe are 0.5 syn each ( feel free to correct if I'm wrong TY)

and a frozen Muller light After Dinner mint yogurt....prefer it not frozen but worth a try.

I'm not sure what will be for dinner tonight until I get to Andy's but it will be on plan anyway. After my STS this week I will be extremely careful about what I eat and drink....
 
a quick check on here and yessss the fruitopolis mullers are half a syn each....cool :)
 
I think this week I am going to try and mix it up a bit, I seem to eat a lot of the same stuff for example Mon - Friday breakfast is always porridge oats so today I have had weetabix for a change and actually enjoyed it. Sat and Sun I always seem to have good old bacon etc but I think I will stick with that as we go out walking afterwards and this keeps me going for hours. Maybe I should eat more for my lunch on a weekend. I can't cut down on bread any further as I only eat it on Sat and Sun, maybe I should cut back this week on white potatoes, I do eat a lot of SW roasts and SW chips....perhaps have pasta or noodles instead, not sure how that will go down on a Sunday dinner lol...Andy is extremely supportive but I think he will draw the line at no Sunday dindins....lol.....

I ate a lot of fish last week, not sure if that would have an effect on my loss or not to be honest...Mum seems to just think its just a little plateau....bit early for my liking I'm only half way to actual target and still have a lot of weight to lose....ok I just need to continue and see what happens next week....Hurry up Friday x

We have now decided on dinner tonight Andy is cooking chicken and pepper kebabs so these will be eaten with Uncle Bens special mushroom rice ambient which according to minis is 2 syns for the packet which equals 1 syn for me plus salad....

just bought a bottle of the coca cola life and so glad I checked the syns before drinking as it's 4 and half syns for 330ml...oh my god that's far too many I haven't even tried it Andy will have to drink it...I'm sticking to diet coke or pepsi max...

dinner tonight is ox tail soup made by Andy the syns in it are for the dark ale between us it's probably about 5 syns and that's being generous.
 
Sunday 14.9.14

Got up this morning and was feeling really rubbish with a massive headache and yukky tummy, we still got out for a walk but not too far, breakfast was bacon and egg on toast with a tsp of ketchup (0.5 syn)

lunch was left over soup
muller fruitopolis (0.5 syns)
banana
pineapple

we went over to Barnoldswick for a meal out with Andy's sister, hubby, kids, his mum, brother and brothers girlfriend, it was pub grub but the owner was happy to cater for my needs although in the end I chose gamon, egg, peas and decided to have the home made chips I didn't have starter or dessert and no birthday cake so hopefully although I don't know how many syns for the chips I'm sure it wont hinder me on Fridays weigh in. Also only drank diet coke as I was driving home.

Meal out sounded lovely, you'll be fine with the chips... you made good choices with everything else and it could have been much worse. Well done for resisting dessert and birthday cake, don't think I could have! ;)
 
I haven't touched a sweet or dessert since I started it was the decision I made at the start as one leads to 101.

Tuesday 16.9.14

Last night I had to duck back over to Andy's house as we have a viewer tonight so we had to get the house straight, 3 hours later the place was like a show home lol....luckily as I had made the Chilli we all had it plus there was plenty left overs

Also Dan has weighed in today he has lost 4lb taking him to 1 stone loss, he also has given up sweets and sugary stuff though he still has his pizza take away with friends on a Saturday night. I'm really proud of him so treated him to a new jacket in the sale.
 
Wednesday 17.9.14

I should be in work today, left home at 7 this morning and just before getting onto the motorway my oil light came on...round the roundabout and back home to get oil, good job I can work from home as well...
