Ok so slight change of plan no pastry top but a half of a small potato (with skin on) as I can't warrant spending 9 syns on a small disk of puff pastry that's just ridiculous. So as already had my two HEB's I weighed and worked out the calories for the potato as doing red day and it worked out about 50cal as it's only a small one and a small pot pie so 2.5 syns...that's more like it so will edit the above now to reflect this
 
Ooh dear I had a boost bar last night sob sob sob! But it was calling me and my husband was Like "for god sake just have the chocolate bar" :-( god feel bad and it's weigh in day today :-( so that's 15syns :-( :-(

So round up total for yesterday was 21.5 syns. Got to bring it back for today. I plan on making a pizza as I have a new mixer that came this week whoo hoo and it has a dough hook so want to make a pizza using HEA's and HEB's and free food so only 5 suns tonight to make up for it.

Ok so I have been MIA since before our holiday to Turkey (which was amazing) because of one thing or another...another being my sister who is seriously ill in hospital in London so I have been travelling down on the weekends for visiting. Before my holiday my husband and I had a discussion about my very low weight and the struggle to keep it there so decided to jump back up to around 9stone (ish) which I think I can just about manage with haha as I got to admit I am weighing in at 9/5 now and feel a total blobby but think it's cause of the crap I have been eating and I literally haven't gone much exercise which isn't like me at all.

Anyway decided to set a new target of 9stone so got 5lbs to lose...going to stick to red days as I generally get losses with this plan and start back up on my shred (or ripped) DVD tomorrow...I know pretty crap timing as it's a weekend and I am down London sat/sun. Going to be good tomorrow and stick to plan and do the DVD and same again sat morning and stick to plan as much as possible but come sun/mon back on it with a vengeance :) I think I need to write it down to get it in my mind frame that I start tomorrow.

Think the plan will be something like this tomorrow.

Breakfast

42g crunchy all bran (HEB)
150ml light Soya Milk (part HEA will use the rest in my omelette at dinner and coffee...need to figure out the allowance as can't remember now haha)
Apple SF

Mid morning Snack
Apple SF
Weightwatchers Fat Free Yogurt Free??

Dinner
2 egg omelette (FF and HEA allowance)
Side salad (lettuce, onions, beef tomatoes and peppers) SF
Packet of WW oat biscuits 5 syns

Tea
Fillet of salmon teriyaki style SF FF
Huge Salad (as above) SF
Either a HEB portion of SW Chips or a Wholewheat Pitta Bread

Hi girls thanks for your kind wishes. Just on the platform waiting for my train but I heard from my mum that she wasn't too good yesterday, hopefully a movie session all afternoon with her little sister might cheer her up. :)

Anyway the roundup from yesterday as that I was kinda good up until my husband came home and wanted a takeaway pizza as he was working late and didn't get in until after 9pm... I made a deal and said yes to the pizza but I would only have one slice and make my own sw chips to go with it and salad. Usually would have the whole hog of half 9inch mexicaro with large chips and garlic and cheese supreme French baguette.

So i stuck to the one piece YEY but wouldn't know were to begin to work out syns with the chips and salad. I had a tiny piece of the garlic bread and guess what? I put a bit back as I thought it was disgustingly salty YEY :)

Breakfast today is

X2 WW toast with a tidge of butter (HEB and 2 syns)
Large skinny latte (going to take it as FF and HEA of skimmed mill as I am a rebel like that :) haha)

Then the plan could go hay wire after that as not sure what places there are to eat but will try and be as good as possible but not going to stress out about it x
 
Ok weekend wasn't too great but not too bad and today I haven't been able to stick to sw as I was away no time to shop and poor other half tried to do the weekly shop but still not a lot in to eat really....sw friendly I mean.

Ok I am totally in the zone and I am going to attempt level 1 of ripped in 30 days tomorrow as well as a whole house clean so that would be a good bit of body magic and the plan for the day is as follows:

Tuesday 8th November 2011 - Red Day

Breakfast
Spanish Omelette - Eggs (FF) Red onion, mushroom, peppers and cherry tom's (SF) splash of Soya Milk (going to use 200ml worth for this and my coffees which would be 44kcal so going to syn it)

Morning Snacks
Satsuma and Apple

Dinner
Tuna salad - Tuna (FF) Lettuce, carrots, cabbage, red onion, peppers and Tomatoes (SF)
Chopped strawberries and pineapple with WW vanilla FF yogurt (think it's Syn free??)

Tea
Homemade Lasagne using the following healthy extras
X1 HEB wholemeal pasta sheets (35g)
X1 HEB sw spicy paprika chips
X1 HEA extra light Phily cheese (75g?)
X1 HEA 28g cheddar cheese

Bol sauce is made up of red/White onions, peppers, mushrooms, grated carrot, tomatoes, garlic, herbs and spices, passata, chopped toms, Worcester Sauce SF/FF

Side salad with the above

My step dad coming for tea and and he fancies spag Bol so a slight change of plan now. Perhaps thinking about doing a EE day and use a wholemeal pitta (garlic and herbs) to make a bit of a garlic bread type for a HEB...will decide later thou
 
Ok so change of plan again at lunchtime as opened the tuna and realised OH brought the one in the oil doh! So had to shove a small potato in the microwave and as I had just made the Bol sauce for tonight I had a spoonful on top with the salad.

Going to go with the EE day now and have a pitta as a HEB and use 28g cheddar as HEA

Well done for getting back on track. It's so difficult when you've had time off plan! It must be tough sticking to it with everything you have going on at the moment.

Was meant to have homemade carrot soup but it was horrid (far too sweet) so quickly boiled some wholemeal pasta as was on lunchbreak from work and had it with a bowl of yesterday's left over spag Bol)

2 Sausages - would normally class these as syn free when properly maintaining but will syn at 5 to be on the safe side although I know them to be super lean

Had a great SW day yesterday...ended up without the sausages as they werent the ones we usually get so had a piece of wholemeal bread to make a chips, egg and beans "buttie" haha

Had the grilled chicken with jacket potato and salad (piri piri sauce 1.5syns as didn't eat it all)

Black bean chilli - can't remember exactly what was in it as it was a frozen JM meal when I was doing the Ripped although I know nothing would of been a syn value and had it with boiled rice
