Ok so I have been MIA since before our holiday to Turkey (which was amazing) because of one thing or another...another being my sister who is seriously ill in hospital in London so I have been travelling down on the weekends for visiting. Before my holiday my husband and I had a discussion about my very low weight and the struggle to keep it there so decided to jump back up to around 9stone (ish) which I think I can just about manage with haha as I got to admit I am weighing in at 9/5 now and feel a total blobby but think it's cause of the crap I have been eating and I literally haven't gone much exercise which isn't like me at all.
Anyway decided to set a new target of 9stone so got 5lbs to lose...going to stick to red days as I generally get losses with this plan and start back up on my shred (or ripped) DVD tomorrow...I know pretty crap timing as it's a weekend and I am down London sat/sun. Going to be good tomorrow and stick to plan and do the DVD and same again sat morning and stick to plan as much as possible but come sun/mon back on it with a vengeance
I think I need to write it down to get it in my mind frame that I start tomorrow.
Think the plan will be something like this tomorrow.
Breakfast
42g crunchy all bran (HEB)
150ml light Soya Milk (part HEA will use the rest in my omelette at dinner and coffee...need to figure out the allowance as can't remember now haha)
Apple SF
Mid morning Snack
Apple SF
Weightwatchers Fat Free Yogurt Free??
Dinner
2 egg omelette (FF and HEA allowance)
Side salad (lettuce, onions, beef tomatoes and peppers) SF
Packet of WW oat biscuits 5 syns
Tea
Fillet of salmon teriyaki style SF FF
Huge Salad (as above) SF
Either a HEB portion of SW Chips or a Wholewheat Pitta Bread
