Hmmmm Saturday wasn't as great as I planned haha as the Rose came out as did the walkers sensations and the Chinese takeaway
ooh well!!
Also I have just got back from a visit to my sisters house which is in south Wales so haven't stuck to plan at all there so have had an extra 2 days off plan sunday and monday so will sub that as my usual fri/sat night night off for this w/end which is (2/3rd sept) and be good...hopefully
Anyway stuck to plan today so far YEY so here's my diary so far
Breakfast
28g porridge made up with water and a teeny tiny splash of milk (as I find it odd if the porridge isn't White lol) HEB

Some sort of chicken fajita type meal using up all the left over veggies out of the fridge.

Wholemeal wrap - this will be syn'd but will have to find out the amount
Sw spicy chips FF
Not going to do a shop this week as were on holiday in a weeks time (yey) so only need to find our dinners for the next 6 nights so will use syns on my meals as trying to go without the snacky foods this week (chocolate crisps etc) until my holidays and use up all the left overs and have a packet of potatoes so everything is going to be with chips this week
