They are AMAZING! But sooooooo full of calories/syns really need to try and perfect a SW friendly cake that actually tastes like a sponge cake and not scrambled eggs haha x

Update later haven't got much planned, might have either a "fry" up breakfast for tea (mushrooms, tomatoes, sw chips, egg and cheese as HEA) or a vegetable pitta kebab with wholemeal pitta as HEB and mozzarella as HEA

I am really happy with this, I haven't lost from last week but haven't gained and I also didn't do the shred this morning or my aerobics class last night and I had a MASSIVE tea last night...picture attached. I said I wanted to put on a tiny bit more although will wait until after holidays haha so overall happy with WI :)

Update on syns :) had a 1.5 glasses of Rose and 2 caramel snack jacks and a caramel cake bar :) well it is my Friday night/Saturday treat time. Thought I would write them down so can see how many syns I am getting through at the weekends haha

Takeaway of some sort. Either Chinese so would be chicken black bean or chilli chicken with steamed rice... Indian would be chicken rogan rosh with boiled rice.
Will syn for prawn crackers or poppadom so can update later.

I am back :)

Hmmmm Saturday wasn't as great as I planned haha as the Rose came out as did the walkers sensations and the Chinese takeaway :) ooh well!!

Also I have just got back from a visit to my sisters house which is in south Wales so haven't stuck to plan at all there so have had an extra 2 days off plan sunday and monday so will sub that as my usual fri/sat night night off for this w/end which is (2/3rd sept) and be good...hopefully :) Anyway stuck to plan today so far YEY so here's my diary so far

28g porridge made up with water and a teeny tiny splash of milk (as I find it odd if the porridge isn't White lol) HEB

Haha you sound like a girl after my own heart...I live for my weekends off LOL :)

Well my sister wanted a bit of a baking tuition class and as it was her birthday I made her 20 odd cupcakes which she practiced doing some buttercream piping on... I think I personally consumed about 3/4 also had sweet chilli sensations, popcorn, another Chinese and chocolate. I will gain I think but I don't feel bloated this time...think it's because it was eating (but not excessive) over a 4 day period instead of the huge consumption I usually do over Friday night/Saturday day so I don't feel fat, bloated or yukky. So shall see what Friday brings :) x

Ok so my weekend has definitely not been as good as I hoped :-( as I went straight into holiday mode haha started as I meant to go on at breakfast Friday of cheese and beans in oatcakes! Best thing about Staffordshire is the yummy oatcakes. Then had the usual crisps, chocolate and general Naughtiness.

Today is going to be a busy day as it's a full of cleaning day and taking our dogs to their new home for the next 10 nights. Plan is the following...

Well I have had a good weekend but not food wise lol was meant to be being good until today but I just went straight into holiday mode Friday night haha :) just spent 5hours cleaning the house so that's a bit of body magic there :) thank you I am sure we will...it makes all the hard work all year worth it just for this precious 10 days with my husband and daughter :) xx
