Hey everyone

Back from our holidays...wow we had an amazing time! The villa was stunning (picture attached) not quite back on sw yet teeheehee will try tomorrow :) if not back to plan come Monday for sure lol

Wow, gorge!!! Who did u book it thru? I'm looking for a place to rent near Malaga area next year. Hope u had a good time...! :)

Hey

My auntie and uncle booked it and they have already been there before but the couple who own it (they live in the uk) advertise it on www.holidaylettings.co.uk it's a villa in Dalyan turkey.

We have already pencilled in reservations for next sept whilst we sort out the flights and booking the time off work :) I honestly didn't want to come home haha x
 
Sunday 17th September 2011 - Red Day

Breakfast

150ml soya milk (1 syn)

Bacon (fat removed) FF

May have x2 piece of unbuttered toast (5 syn)

Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, sprouts SF

Weight : can't remember haha and daren't get on the scales yet and as WI day is Fridays I think I will wait until then...hopefully any water retention should be off me and I won't have a heart attack when I asses the damage :)

Ahh well I didn't stick to the above as carl wanted me to have the last day off...I didn't need much convincing lol :)

Am back too it 100% as of tomorrow though with a red day and aerobics and will try and squeeze in the shred as well.
 
I think body is going into food and alcohol withdrawal... I am going cold turkey :)

Anyway been good so far today this is what I have had

Monday 19th September - Red Day

Breakfast
Strawberries and grapes SF
Strawberries onken yogurt FF
Apple SF

Dinner
Homemade vegetable soup (leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, cabbage and sprouts) SF
Vegetable stock cubes and mixed herbs FF

Tea
Spag Bol using x2 HEB on wholewheat spaghetti and x1 HEA on cheese with a side salad (lettuce, onions, peppers, grated carrot and beef tomato) SF
 
Ok so I have been super good today YEY me! 100% back on plan whoo hoo :)

Just about to have my tea as above as I went to aerobics...gosh it's hard work getting back into it with 2.5 weeks off. So I have done 1 hour of aerobics and I have yet to have any syn's but will have 5 as they say u should but will stay away from choc/crisps as I have had more than enough to last me a lifetime haha :)
 
I am having such a hungry day today...think my body is going into withdrawal my stomach was literally growling so loudly at me yesterday haha :) I didn't end up having any syns as I was pooped after aerobics and went straight to bed. Today's food/plan so far

Tuesday 20th September - Red Day

Lasagne using yesterday's sun free Bol sauce with 35g wholemeal lasagne sheets x1 HEB and 71g phily light cheese x1 HEA and 42g light mozzarella x1 HEA

Salad (lettuce, cabbage, grated carrot, peppers, red onion and beef tomato) SF
2 tbsn extra light Mayo 1 syn

Exercise : 0 so far haven't had time to do the shred (although might be the fact I am dreading it as I know how hard it's going to be considering I struggled with aerobics yesterday) just ordered ripped in 30days as I want to try and include the online diet plan that comes with it with sw as want to build more muscle but in order to do that I need to be eating more protein.

Weight : no idea and seems stupid to put 8:6 as I know I won't be that...WI on Friday...I am absolutely dreading it eeeeek!!
 
Looks really yummy! I just manage the sym yesterday and am in AGONY today. I am planning on ignoring Jillian until October, then I will begin outstanding october... Jillian AND gym!
 
Haven't done it this am as woke ip late but plan on doing the shred tonight after work and then carry it on and my aerobics on a Monday/Thursday... Then when the ripped comes going to do that over the 5 days it recommends and maybe the shred to combine with it on two evenings and not bother going to aerobics as it's £6 a week and I could save that money to go towards my holiday spending money as I am going Florida in 6 months to visit my sister with a friend of mine so proper girly holiday :))

I know eek I can't wait duper excited been doing some research last night of touristy things I want to do but she's also taking me to her local places and meet her friends etc... :)

Ok so diary yesterday...I didn't do the shred yesterday because I was so aching from Monday but all in all it could of been worse as naughty husband came home with not 1 but 3 cadburys boost bars eek I resisted but ate something else so will add it below

Wednesday 21st September - Red Day

Roasted vegetables with smokes paprika, cayenne pepper and balsamic vinegar...nice and spicy :) (peppers, mushrooms, red onion, cougette, cherry toms, sugar snap peas and baby corn SF)
Strawberries and vanilla fat free yogurt SF&FF
Extra light mayo 1 syn

Late snacks
This is where husband presented me with chocolate bar so this is what I had to resist...

So looking at this I am thinking as I only had 1 HEB I could use the crackerbreads as HEB(for 5) + 1 syn right?

Tea
Some sort of cheesy chicken & leek pot pie using phily light as a sauce/thickening agent. I may use the sunblushed tomato abs basil one with potato top pie (2.5syns)

I am having with it steamed broccoli, cabbage, carrots and cauliflower... Husband will probably have some sort of potato so I will either be naughty and have three HEB and one HEA or try and resist and don't have any :)

2.5 potato top for pie
Total syns 6.5
