ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Well ended up at frankie and bennys and had lighter choices spaghetti bolognaise and shared an ice cream sundae - yum. Think 9 points for the Spag Bol (rounded up 1 point for every 40cals as no nutritional info). I had a portion and a half due to finding cardboard in my dinner so 13 and pointed 16 for the ice cream to be sure. no treats at cinema. Had 40 points today so 8 over dailys so have 41 weeklies left. Plan is to only use some over the weekend then be really good and stick to dailies for the weekdays. :)
 
Oh no at cardboard in your dinner! Nowt worse then finding something in your food that shouldn't really be there! Glad film was good :0)
 
Yes I wasn't impressed so new dinner arrived. Just as well as the lighter choices portions are small so one and a half was perfect as all I had was a bacon roll 6 hours earlier and I was quite hungry :)
 
Well today's plan is cereal for breakfast - 5pp

Lunch - 2 x ww petit pain with primula, cucumber and tomato - 8pp

Dinner - pork loin steaks, dry roasted potatoes, veg and gravy - 13pp

Plan to have a packet of quavers and leaves me 2pp for something else. :)
 
As its back to work tomorrow I'm back to crackers and cheese but it's so yummy I don't mind at the moment. Anyway plan is

Breakfast - alpen bar - 3pp

Lunch - ww crackers and laughing cow with tomatoes and grapes - 3pp
Eat smart chicken and mushroom cup a soup - 1pp
Quavers - 2pp

Dinner - ww sausages, boiled potatoes and beans - 11pp

20pp

Leaving me 12pp for treats. :) cookies, curly wurly, ww biscuit and yoghurt - 8pp do 4 left to use or lose depending on how I feel
 
No tuesday afternoon,got OH's sister here and her son,they've come over from France,first time I've met the son(he is ten) lovely lad.
 
100% again today. Tomorrows plan:

Belvita fruit and fibre biscuits - 6pp

Ww ham salad and light mayo - 2pp

Chicken stir fry and ww garlic bread - 9pp

Total 17pp leaving 15pp for treats. Plan wotsits, cookies, biscuit, chocolate, -9pp leaving 6 for whatever!
 
I seem to be having low point lunches leaving loads for munches which helps me at work as otherwise I want to pick and it's great having treats. :) will see if it pays off again this week
 
Sounds like you are doing it the right way round if having the low pointed lunches leaves you able to not pick at work and yup always good to have a treat :0)
 
Just realised when planning tomorrow's menu I'm out for lunch tomorrow. Pub lunch and no idea what they do so hoping for a jacket potato at least!!! Still have 26pp weeklies and daily 32 so if I keep breakfast and tea low I should be ok!!!!
 
Still not sure on tomorrows day. Plan is alpen bar for lunch, fruit to pick on and maybe some quavers. Lunch am out at pub so thinking jacket potato and beans or tuna and dinner will depend on how many pp I have left so either soup or ready meal! Hope I stick to it :)
 
Lunch today ended up as jacket potato and chilli which I pointed as 16pp same as m and s cafe followed by 4 scoops of ice cream (why did I eat them all!) - 12pp. Had alpen bar, crisps and biscuit this morning - 7pp so 35pp so far. Will have soup for dinner - 2pp - 37 pp so all dailies plus 5. Had 26 weeklies left so that covered the extra points. Was very yummy and feel very fat now but I don't do it every week so it's all ok :)
 
Today's plan; -

Alpen for breakfast - 3pp
Lunch - crackers, laughing cow cheese and tomatoes - 3pp
Dinner - beef casserole, new potatoes and veg - 12pp

Total 18/32pp so have enough for goodies. Have Zumba tonight too. :)
