Dinner - egg, chips, beans and a slice of bread - heaven - 13pp

Also had today a daim bar and a we chocolate mini roll so total for today 35/30pp

For a first day back at work it could have been worse. Am feeling incredibly low at the moment so was nice to go to work to have my spirits lifted by my friends.

My hubby has no work again tomorrow. I don't know what I am going to do at the end of the week as there will be no petrol, no food and no money at this rate :( life just sucks right now.

Really enjoying food, have been on vlcd 3 months then holiday. Couldn't face doing it again so changed to diff diet but now back to trusted WW, first weigh in tomorrow. Hope to have lost but it's been tricky after the vlcd, been lovely to eat real food without guilt :) x

It's such a tough time atm for so many, I really hope something's turns around for you soon xx
 
Thanks. He works on the railways and eork jas ended for the olympics. Was supposed to have a private job but nothing happened yet. We are just back from holiday and just have nothing left. If ww won't help me lose weight this week stress will!!!

Well done for coming back to Ww. I have never done a VLCD. I like my food too much but I have friends who have done it with amazing results. It's quick and effective but not for me. I love Ww and love sites like this where I meet new friends. It's great.

My hubbie is a signal engineer for railway, he's doing ridiculous 12 hour shifts atm covering the Olympics.
VLCD's give fast results but I really couldn't continue after the 12 weeks, I love my food too much.....says something when you crave feta salads lol x

Am glad your friends lifted your spirits :0) so sorry to hear that about the lack of money,as you know we are in the same boat right now,how about selling a few bits on eBay or cash converters? We didn't do the eBay thing but had to sell some electrical bits just so we could eat and get petrol!
 
My mum has just offered to help me out this week so should be ok and hopefully he will be working later on in the week.
 
Busy day today. On a course most of the afternoon so the urge to pick at food wasn't there. Anyway my day was as follows:

Breakfast - golden oat bar - 2pp

Lunch - ryvitas, cheese triangle and cucumber - 3pp

Dinner - Ww chilli and rice with cheese - 18pp

Snacks - crisps -3pp, yoghurt - 2pp and chocolate bar - 2pp

Total 30/30p

I do have 39 weeklies left so might treat myself to a lolly or another yoghurt later if I'm hungry.
