Hi. Sorry been MIA for a few days. My stepdaughter started her new job on Wednesday and my hubby found a couple of days work with a company so it's just been manic trying to get people to relevant places and by the time the evening comes I was just too tired.

Stuck to plan every day until last night when we got invited out to a fish and chip buffet. I was a pig. I had a chicken quarter, with a fish cake and battered sausage, a handful of chips, peas and a slice of bread.....and then my mother in law ordered a sharing desert for the two of us and I ate some of that. Well needless to say I was so full I felt sick and was in bed early and still have tummy ache today but to make it worse it's weigh day today!!! I really don't know why I did it but it was a buffet dinner thing and it all looked so nice!!

I did have loads of weeklies left although I didn't point my meal and hoping as it was only last night it won't have done too much damage :( will see in about an hour!!

Anyway next week should be less hectic. Hubby is working for the week and stepdaughter is making her own way to work so it's just me to sort out so I will be back later to restart my diary and to catch up with everyone else's.
 
Back!!! Stayed the same which I am pleased with - so back to being 100% this week. No plans yet on food today. will be a nice relaxing day hopefully!!!
 
Thanks. Was still full from last nights feast and I really need the loo but can't go. Think the ice cream killed my tummy.

Anyway made myself eat - had a cheese and tomato with mustard mayonnaise sandwich on small brown bread - 7pp and a bag of 25g nik naks - 4pp

Have planned gammon, new potatoes, plum tomatoes and sweetcorn for tea - 12pp

So have 7pp left for the day plus my weeklies.

We had an ingesting Debate at the meeting today whether not eating your 49 would increase your weight loss but apparently scientific research shows those who don't use any or only a few plateau earlier in their diet so While my intention was not to use any this week I'm going to aim to use half of mine this week and see how it goes.
 
Hope your tummy settles soon,yea most people say to use at least some weeklies.No good going hungry in my books.I used to be strict with mine but not anymore :0)
 
Thing is I'm not hungry. I use my weeklies for take aways or drinks but as there is none of that I'm not using them. I am normally full enough with my meals so just thinking of having some puddings as treats
 
Just to update part of dinner has changed as my hubby ate the new potatoes I had cooked so I'm now having oven chips - 225g for 11pp. Couldn't believe how high they were but had already measured and stuck them in the oven before I checked the pp. dinner is now a whopping 19pp. Leaving me just my weeklies if I want anything later.
