Still been good and still have those 4 points (I has a soup at lunch time with my ryvitas so 4 left now)

Afternoons are the worst as I pick but have a few Ww sweets to suck on :)
 
It you try SF then don't worry about willpower! I thought the same! The food on the list is naturally lower pp or free. When I pp what I ate on SF is was more often less than what I ate on normal ww!

Give it a go for a week! If you don't like it then it's only a week!
 
I know it's just when I am at work I pick all day and there doesn't seem to be much I can pick on. I might try it a week I have nothing planned so I can dip into my 49 weeklies.

Anyway I am totally proud of myself - I stuck to my plan and still have those 4 spare pp. after yesterday I just felt like crap and could have easily got back into my old habits. I didn't care about what I ate but felt so guilty in the evening. I know it was only a day and really silly to worry about but I was so disappointed with myself. I'm using my hopeful holiday as inspiration :)
 
Forget that day now,don't dwell on it or it will make you feel worse,you've reigned it in and that's what counts and am sure you will get that holiday so you will have that to focus on soon enough :0)
 
That's the one and I would rather it be something I can control rather than fatty stuff. Avoiding the trolly lady is a nightmare too!!!

This was dinner tonight. Changed and inspired by your mash and gravy last night :) still have 4pp left

Yea makes sense to do what works for you.I guess you could still do that on sf but use some weeklies for it or pp in the week and sf at weekends! Yum to your dinner,OH is pleased by all the comments bout his meal lol

Am thinking of doing that although it seems to screw the Ww app up!!
