ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Dinner. Was so filling I couldn't eat it all. The sauce was the one my step daughters boyfriend had made and was just chopped tomatoes, onions and basil so I think that's free. Yum yum

Oh in getting all excited looking at holidays for November! Hubby decided as this year has been so crap for us we should get away just a week the two of us. Egypt is looking like the biggest possibility. Now just need to save our backsides off to pay for it. Booking in October hopefully to go around 17th November. Now all I need is for hubby to stay in work until then :) motivation to work my backside off found :)
 
Thanks girls. Knowing my luck something will happen but I have a little plan in my head to afford it so just hoping and praying something good happens on the work front. I don't really want him back on the railways as really like having him home but if needs must he will have to in September!
 
Well today had just completely gone to pot. I have just wanted to eat anything and everything I could get my hands on. Not pointed today. Written it off as a bad day. Don't know what to do about my Chinese now as was relying on weeklies but think with all I have eaten today I must only have minimal left, thinking of I am good tomorro, thursday and Friday and being as good as I can at the Chinese (ie minimal points in the day, avoiding curries and battered things) that I might manage a small gain or sts. I don't want to not enjoy myself as its the skittles end of season do but I don't want to blow it either. :(
 
Aw, we all have those days! ;) Don't worry about it! Stick to your dailies for the next few days - maybe take a walk to earn a couple of APs if you aren't too busy, snack of lots of pointless fruit/veg and avoid the breads/pastries at the Chinese (they're where most of the calories come from!) if you do fancy a curry, choose a chicken or vegetable based one x You do deserve to enjoy yourself and even so, I don't it'll be a true gain because I highly doubt even what you regard as a 'binge' today will be in excess of 3500 calories which is what equals one lb of fat! x Maybe try some 'simply filling' days if you're hungry sticking to your dailies and don't mind leaving out a few treats in the next couple of days!
 
Aw don't feel bad and deffo don't deprive yourself at the Chinese! You have been in a lot of pain lately and hardly eaten food so I'm sure your body just needed it so to speak and if there is a small gain on Saturday it will be off by the next week :0)
 
Admittedly most of what I ate was Ww products but I still ate a lot and lost track of it all.

I was thinking of doing simply filling but I'm not sure my willpower is good enough not to have massive portions.

Are ryvitas free on simply filling or wraps? Trying to figure what I could have for lunch?

An assuming I could have Weetabix for breakfast, wrap for lunch or maybe some tuna pasta salad? And then pork loin steak and vegetables for my tea? How would that sound on a simply filling day?
 
Weetabix isn't on it but others have it anyhow and I have some cereal that isn't on it either ;0) food for a sf day look good and yup wraps are on it,I don't think ryvitas are.Crumpets are :0)
 
Hmm I'm not sure if it will help me at the moment. I'm a picker at work and can incorporate snacks into my low point lunches so I might be able to stick to points for the next few days. I'm off on Friday so might give it a go then as will probably find that easier at home than work.....will have a think on it. I just have to be good - but in my head knowing I have to be good makes me want to be bad :(
 
Ok new day new start. Planned my day already and I will stick to it.

Breakfast - special k chewy bar - 3pp
Lunch - ryvitas and cheese triangles - 3pp
Dinner - sausages, potatoes and beans - 12pp

Total 18/29pp

Snacks - aldi crisps - 2pp, Ww chocolate orange bar - 2pp, tesco digestive bar - 2pp, apple, banana, 2 nectarines, satsuma.

I then have 5pp and I don't know if I will have a mullet Greek yoghurt for 4pp or some go ahead slices for 5pp but will see how the day goes.
