My leader is going to show me at the weekend. I'm not very good with technology!!

Well it's Chinese day. Plan is to keep as low pp during the day so:

Breakfast - shreddies and milk - 5pp
Snack - quavers and a banana - 2pp
Lunch - ryvitas, cheese triangles, cup a soup - 4pp
Orange, fruit salad and nectarine!

I do have a yogurt and biscuit bar for this afternoon if I get Peckish and another banana for 3pm

Total - 11pp. Means I have 18pp for tonight. Am going to stick to chow mein, chop suey, chicken and mushrooms and rice. Full portions would be 28pp but I won't be having full portions. I might treat myself to a duck pancake as I love them too.

I don't think I have any weeklies left from my binge and I couldn't remember all I ate to point it. I will just try not to be too piggy tonight but will control my pottions and enjoy my meal and will just be 100% Thursday and Friday before wi and hope for damage limitation!
 
They were tiny bananas. Half the size of my usual ones so I didn't worry about pointing it. I do normally only have one (after you told me) but one bigger one.

I'm going to enjoy it and will remember to take. A picture to point it later. I'm excited :) I love Chinese :)

My Chinese. Very yum tried a few new things like rice noodles and sweet and sour hong king tyle or something like that anyway!

Drunk diet coke all noght. No idea of points. An saying it's the ret of my points so just have dailies left for tomorrow and Friday.

The diet coke wasn't a problem as I am still on antibiotics for my abscess. Avoiding the chicken balls, spring rolls, prawn crackers was harder but I managed it. Have a full tummy and a touch of heartburn.

Hi. Sorry been a busy day. Chinese was great and I'm fine today. Full belly was partly due to the amount of diet coke I drank plus we ate a lot later than I usually do....about 8.45 and I normally eat at 6!!

Will updat food later.
 
Food has been far from yummy today. Was badly prepared at work and had nothing with me (head was all over the place today) so just got some bit of the trolly lady.

Anyway - breakfast - shreddies and milk - 5pp
Lunch - ryvitas and cheese - 3pp, quavers - 2pp, kit kat - 3pp, muller Greek yog - 4pp

Dinner - will be chunky vegetable pasta and sauce - 9pp

3pp left but not sure why for yet
