ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Well evening meal went to pot thanks to the damned kitchen. Hubby decided to put some special sealant on the floor and it was only supposed to take an hour to dry - well 3 hours later it's still wet so couldn't cook so ended up with a portion of chips from the kebab - I think 11 pp. Anyway regardless after today I will be brilliant all week (I hope anyway) so not going to let it get me down or use anymore of my weeklies (fortunately I had 15pp for tea so think I'm covered)

Really wanted 2lbs this week to make my stone but the more this week goes on the more I think im not getting there.

I'm just getting frustrated with planning things and it not working out. Still shows the magic of propoints. Just hope I still lost this week. In addition to all the work in the kitchen over the weekend I'm going to Zumba twice this week. I will lose 2lbs even if it kills me ;) xx
 
Saturday mornings. I have a few days yet I know just annoyed with myself tonight as I could have walked to the coop from the takeaway to get a salad but couldn't be bothered so was naughty. :(
 
Thats good it's on Saturday,as you say it gives you a few days.I know it's easy for me to say but try not to feel guilty about tonight.New day tomorrow and I don't think you were 'bad' as such,not like you've had a whole day of piggy out and not tracking!
 
No I know I was good the rest of the day. Just feel like I let myself down. Never mind as you say tomorrow is a new day. Have my day all planned tomorrow and don't think anything can happen to change it. Fingers crossed anyway. Floor still isn't dry so if I hadn't of had something else I would have still been waiting for dinner :)
 
Today's plan:

Alpen bar for breakfast - 3pp

Lunch ww crackers and laughing cow, yoghurt and crisps - 8pp

Dinner - as it will be late after Zumba I have a light choices ready meal - 11pp

22pp so I have 10pp left - thinking of having a ww chocolate and vanilla bar - 2pp, kit kat - 3pp, cookies - 2pp and leaves me enough for another chocolate after Zumba :)
 
Decided I still ache too much and have only just got my kitchen back so giving zumba a miss tonight so had proper food for dinner. Pasta, mushrooms, courgettes and peppers with a pasta sauce and cheese - mmmmmm had SW cookies, vanilla and chocolate biscuit, chocolate caramel wafer and a yoghurt for my extras and still have 3pp left for a kit kat later if I want one. Happy with myself today :)
 
Great diary! I have just started ww and on day 2. I came over from sw too and lost a stone on that but piled it all back on. WW seems to be giving me greater flexibility although my 26pp is a bit tight lol! Thank goodness for the 49 weeklies.

Well done on your loss so far :)

Glad you've had a good day,good idea to not do Zumba while still achy! I got some Kitkats today,will be having one soon :0)
 
Thanks josiecat. I'm going to measure myself tonight as haven't done this yet then I can see the inches as well as pounds. Good luck on ww I love it.

Tomorrows diary

Alpen bar - breakfast - 3pp

Lunch - ww crackers and laughing cow light cheese with cherry tomatoes (was very yum) - 3pp

Quavers, cookies, chocolate and vanilla biscuit, rich toffee chocolate and ww yog - 9pp (lots of nibbles at work alongside my fruit :) )

Dinner - beef stew with potatoes - already in the slow cooker mmmmmmm - 14pp

29pp with 3 left. Am out at skittles tomorrow might so might treat myself to a kitkat when im home. :) all well planned with lots of goodies
