That's good you did your inches,am sure you will see a difference! Yum to beef stew :0) I finally got my Alpen bars today including the coconut ones.am looking forward to having some :0)
 
The coconut ones are gorgeous. Really chocolately and very bounty like. I got the cherry bake well ones too but they are too sweet. Going to be brave and try some porridge next week.
 
Thanks. Happy as stuck to my plan today 100% and still have 5pp left after a packet of quavers, kitkat, cookies and a chocolate vanilla ww biscuit!!!

Off out to skittles in a bit so taking a packet of ww sweets incase I get the munches :)
 
That's good that you are prepared for while you are out.Yay to having treats and still having points left,love days like that lol am glad you had a good day :0)
 
Just got in - had a diet coke and some fruity beats and froze my tits off watching skittles as didn't play. Anyway a quick one before bed - going to warm up and read my kindle in bed. Tomorrows plan:

Alpen bar - 3pp (loving these again!)
Lunch - crackers, deli light blue cheese (so yummy) and quavers - 5pp
Dinner - chilli and rice and salad - 16pp

24pp leaving 8pp for yogurts, chocolate, cookies. Yum yum :)

Will have loads of fruit and happy that by cutting out fizzy drinks my tummy seems better so just sticking to squash for a while xxx
 
Glad you've gone back to liking the Alpen bars again,not opened mine yet but I will :0) ouch at freezing your tits off not so good! Glad to hear that your tummy has settled back down,that's good news :0)
 
Had another nearly 100% day. Only slip up was where I put more chilli on my plate than I had pointed so took me 2 points over but as had 41 weeklies left I didn't mind too much. I also went to Zumba tonight do earned some activity points. Pleased with today. Anyway tomorrows plan is:

Breakfast - alpen - 3pp
Lunch - cheese and crackers with tomatoes and grapes - 3pp
Dinner - fish, new potatoes, peas and salad cream - 14pp
Total 20pp - 12 left to play with - thinking yoghurt, wotsits, toffee bar, biscuits and cookies - 10pp leaving 2 for late snacks :)

Breakfast/lunch - 2 x ww petit pains with ww bacon with butter and ketchup - 11 pp

Quavers - 2pp

Dinner - spinach and tomato lasagne from this months ww magazine - 7pp and ww garlic and herb petit pain - 5pp - 12pp total

25pp. Not sure if we are going to cinema tonight or tomorrow so have reserved some points. Quite bread heavy today but am only allowing myself bread at weekends so I'm not worried. ;)

Have to let me know how the lasagne turns out,I've got that magazine.I didn't know WW did a garlic and herb petit pain! Enjoy the cinema whichever night you go,that's good you've put aside points just incase it is tonight :0)
 
I don't think I'm having it now. Am off to cinema and it takes nearly 2 hours to cook and prepare so might make it next weekend instead. Not sure on tonight's tea. Might be a McDonald's or carvery depending on how hungry we are when we come out of the cinema. :)
