Diary of Ally Bally - it's now or never!

Well its 945am on Monday morning and I have taken to keeping a Word Document open so I can add to my diary as not meant to be using the net at work!!! This today’s food has been planned and I am not planning on changing it as I am looking forward to it, only think I may change out is the Egg & Soy sauce to add and actual sauce(probably a Blue Dragon one). Not sure on the rice or noodles but both are free so can decide later on J Will edit later on if anything changes!!!

Snack – Oddities (5.5); choc phillie (4.5); flump (1.5)
Misc Drinks - 2 x hot water / lemon

Decided on wok noodles as nvr realised how long brown rice took 2 cook!

Wow i am so wanting 2 eat 2nite but i can't - its WI 2moro! I have accounted 4 my oddities 2nite as i am now slightly addicted 2 them, they r my treat! Jst finished dinner 2! Nd 2 go c wot i can eat - doesn't help i no there r after eights in the house :-(

Well WI yesterday & another 1.5lbs off so happy with that. Another 1 to get me to 1st off :)

As for yesterday's diary I am going to have to try remember as I keep all my info on a USB stick and I have left it in the house so here goes my diary for yesterday.

Misc Drinks - 2 x hot water / lemon; Cherry & Cinnamon Tea

I think that I am going to stick to the Red/Green mix for a couple of weeks and see how I go as I much prefer the less fruit & veg, moreso the fruit!!!

Another new week and I am looking forward to it, may need to plan the dinner meals a bit more as I am tending just to go home and see what there is!!!!
 
Wow I am so struggling today. Nearly 4pm and I have done pretty much nothing, have gotten through the work that I needed to but just cant be bothered. Supposed to be going home to go a walk or cycle but can't see that happening. Also need to tidy up the house as visitors arriving tomorrow night for the weekend. That should be OK though as OH will help out!!! I am off on Friday though so all good - only tomorrow to go - yay:) Maybe the OH will give me a kick up the arse and get me going!!!!

Thats all for now, I think my food is as its going to be apart from adding more drinks.

Good Morning all. Feeling good today as I am off tomorrow but I have to be up early for the plumber - between 8-1 so will prob come at 1230!!!!! Could be a long day though but will deal with it and make sure I kepp myself busy.

Doesnt look to nice a day and the heavens could open up at any minute. I have left washing out for the OH to hang out but weather depending so it may be over the radiators tonight!!!

Not been a good weekend, my little cousin came up for a visit and although he did not force me to eat I just fell into old habits. I have however counted all the syns and I am still witihin the 105 for the week but I find the higher I go the more likely I am to STS, I think my body needs the 5-7 per day to keep a loss going. WI tomorrow so I will see how things go.

On a happier note me & the OH have decided NOT to get married but I have sent away forms to officially change my name to his :love: We have been together for 10yrs and I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands and put the name change on the table. Neither of us are that bothered by making a scene and we would rather put any money we have into our house. At the end of the day I will still be getting a certificate with new name as I would with a marriage cert (my Birth Cert is being changed). At the weekend we went out and OH bought me a lovely white gold diamond trilogy ring (for Pat Present & Future) which is definitely appropriate for us as it was a slightly rocky 1st few years and people against us and long distance (and I had been badly burned by another relationship and the barriers were fully up!). All good now though. I need to wait on the papers coming through but I am so happy that I am finally going to have his name :bliss:

Anyhoo diary for today - hope to keep it simple and get loads fruit veg in!!!

Another WI imminent!!! Again all I wanted to do last night was eat and I think I have went slightly over syns for the week. Had problems with Car Insurance when I got in last night and it just stressed me as they were wanting another £400 off of me cos they had not received Proof of No Claims even though I had posted it!!!! Old company was supposed to send in post but instead sent in an email!!!! Eventually got it all sorted but ended up with sore head and then just ate!!!!

Got into work at 7 as usual so having breakfast before starting at 8. This is the usual routine, eat brekkie & catch up on Minimins and see how everyone is getting on!!!

Well WI went well, 1lb off & got my stone award. Wee treat 2nite & back on it 2moro. Only 3.5lbs 2 go 2 get 2 club 10 :) Feeling good about that. In my mind tho i don't feel any different, i no i have lost & clothes r actually fitting but would b nice 2 look at myself & see it.

Good Morning Everyone

What a beautiful morning though very cold - 1deg when I left the house this morning BUT cloudless blue skies AND I am a stone lighter :bliss: Here's hoping the blue skies will stay as we badly need to get the grass cut - the cats are using to hide in and pounce on each other!!! Who knows how many 'presents' there are, thankfully I do not cut the grass as I am allergic but I need to get the garden done - who knows whats growing in there!!!!

Happy today back on plan 100% as I was slightly naughty last week & I do not want to gain next week and go back under the stone :(

Well another wet dreich morn. Slightly eventful on the way to work! Had to watch 2 Deer running up and down the field on the way out the village in case they decided to bolt across the road, then on not too nice a corner someone had stopped (hazards on mind) as someone had managed to land themselves in a field and although not nice my 1st thoughts were the sheep and the lambs that were in the field but the guy was standing outside his car so he was fine! That was all in the 1st 5mins in the car!!!! Rain supposed to be on all day and it is seemingly snowing in some parts of Aberdeenshire!!! Had heavy hail on the way home last night - I mean come on its MAY and half way through it aswell!!! I dont actually mind the rain but this is ridiculous!!!!

Food yesterday I think was a little mixed up, I did start out with a red day in mind but I think it actually ended up a green day!! Think I will make today a green day aswell. Just need to plan the rest of the day but I will leave dinner till I actually get home and make it as I always say one thing and end up with another!!! Only brought my salad for lunch and left Mug Shot in the house - asked the OH to drop it in if he is in the area but depends where he gets jobs so it may be a hungry day for me :(

Another miserable morning but not as cold!! Cant believe it is Friday already - it has been such a quick week!!! Its true what they say, the older you get the quicker time goes past!!! Hopefully work will go quick today as I am shattered. One of my cats thought that at 420am it was a good time to start wandering about and miaow/chirping! Then she jumped up and she has this habit of pushing herself up against you with all her legs fully stretched then throws herself on you to get petted - could have strangled her (why are my smileys not working!) She is getting chucked out early tonight as she is in the habit of sleeping until we go to bed then goes out only to announce that she is back in by loud miaowing!!!! So quick day hopefully!!!!

Up & away to get hair cut then bide my time at MIL's before heading to my pals for her 2 year olds birthday tea - think mainly an excuse to have a drink!!! I dod not drink but as you can see from the diary I was not that good. I think I have over exaggerated on some syns to make sure so I am hoping that I am still under my syns come WI day on Tuesday. I was good up until she brought out Rocky Road thing that someone had made & it was lovely - big mistake in trying it but oh well, the day has passed so just putting it behind me!!!

Finally got into the garden today OH cut the grass yesterday so while he was golfing I got the garden done. Bit of a struggle though as woke up with swollen glands and struggling to swallow :( Got through it though and it was a lovely day. All in all I was in the garden for about 5hrs so hoping I have burned off some of those syns from yesterday. I also now feel like crap but have a lovely healthy glow from the sun, white hands from wearing gloves and red forearms!!! The garden is looking so much better now so here's hoping that we can keep the grass trimmed and in check between all the rain that we have!!!!
