So back again - wonder if this will be the last chapter. At this point I hope it is.
I have a new way of thinking and I have taken up running & this is my motivation at the moment.
Will actually need to go and update signature and ticker as all different.
Started Sunday & so far .......

S – Apple; 750ml Water
L – Roast Chicken Mug Shot; Steam Medley Veg
S – Apple; Chewit (0.5)
D – Super Speed Soup; pasta; HEx A (cheese); jalapenos; Pukka Tea
S – Crisps (5); 5 Chewits (2.5)
Out tonight for Week 5 of Jog Scotland - 5min brisk warm up; 6min continuous run then walk 1min jog 1min rest of way; 5min cool down and stretches. Really enjoying
