Diary of Ally Bally - the final chapter - it's now!

So back again - wonder if this will be the last chapter. At this point I hope it is.

I have a new way of thinking and I have taken up running & this is my motivation at the moment.

Will actually need to go and update signature and ticker as all different.

L – Roast Chicken Mug Shot; Steam Medley Veg
S – Apple; Chewit (0.5)
D – Super Speed Soup; pasta; HEx A (cheese); jalapenos; Pukka Tea
S – Crisps (5); 5 Chewits (2.5)

Out tonight for Week 5 of Jog Scotland - 5min brisk warm up; 6min continuous run then walk 1min jog 1min rest of way; 5min cool down and stretches. Really enjoying :)

D - Pasta, tuna, salad cream (2), pepper, onion, cucumber, tomato, pint juice, 400ml juice for running
S - muller fudge yog (5), Morrisons s&v sticks (6), pukka Green Chai tea

Was out for w5 d2 of jog Scotland. 6min continuous run then walk/run 1min alternative for 15mins approx. done the full thing including running up a hill!!

Quick day at work, interviewing for an assistant so that was a 1st for me.

Rain just come on so glad got dry for the run.

Not sure of treats tonight, see how I feel x

Quick day at work. Lovely day, planned on walk but ad to go buy a birthday present as OH away offshore Moro so plans 4 wknd jst went to pot!!!
