A couple of pics for Mrs Potter!! Thanks for asking to see a pic I really enjoyed looking back through all the pictures! Isn't getting married the best day ever!!!

Yay!!! You look amazing! Gorgeous! And relaxed! I think in my pictures of getting ready i am going to look petrified! I was short on time and totally overwhelmed! But yeah, it was amazing! xxx
 
I must be the only bride who didn't diet - I put on weight!!! Should have done SW years ago ;-)

Thanks :) I'm sure your getting ready pictures are going to look amazing!!! You looked stunning in the ones you put up! I did have a few last minute pics with a bit of fear on my face!!! I was so relaxed until about 45 mins before ceremony then it got to me!!! Lol!!! Xxx

Wish I'd know about sw before the wedding, I pretty much restricted everything before, living on rice cakes - yuck!!

I've told hubby we're renewing our vows for our 10th ;-) Got 4 years though!

Stunning wedding pics!!!! So slim and glamorous and gorgeous.

On my wedding I had a baby and I'm lighter now than I was on my wedding day. Which is great but I'd have loved slim wedding pics.

You will be a gorgeous yummy mummy. X

Mon 6 feb

Break: magic porridge oat pancakes (1/2heb) with banana and chocolate Philly (4syns)

Lunch: homemade spicy parsnip soup

Dinner: meat free burgers (1syn) in wm pitta (heb) with cheese (hea) and wedges and salad. Ketchup and mayo (2syns)

May try and fit some exercise in but im studying this week :-(

I've just picked up this recipe for oat pancakes. Were they nice?

I'm not a big pancake fan, so I wouldn't rush to have them again ( much prefer eggs and toast with ketchup!!) but they were nice, yummy with the choc Philly but 4 syns for breakfast, it's a treat! If you like pancakes I think you'll really enjoy them x

Really struggling this week.... :-( I cannot stop eating chocolate! I know I've gained this week too, which is ridiculous as I've lowered my target this week....

Breakfast: pineapple

Lunch: wm pitta with cheese, 2 quorn sausage, salad and el mayo (heb hea 3 syns)

Snacks: 2 alpen light (heb) 2 chocs (4syns)

Dinner: quorn stir fry with noodles

What sauce do you use for your stirfry? I know how you feel...I'm meant to be going to the gym after work but right now I just feel shattered! It's hard to be motivated sometimes lol Xxx
 
I just use some garlic, ginger and loads of soy sauce, not the greatest stir fry but at least it's free.... Then I'll eat chocolates after ....

I start my yearly training tomorrow and I find the studying soooo boring, I just keep eating....urgh!!!! I've barely exercised in weeks, well done for even contemplating it hunny!! X
