Diary of an Air Hostess!

I've had 3 more chocolates tonight....

This is what I thought my syns were:
Quorn sausages 2synz
El mayo 1 syn
5 chocolates 10 syns
Cracker 1 syn
Scrapping peanut butter 1 syn

I just googled thorntons classic syns and they are 3-3.5 each.....why did I think they were only 2 each - stupid!!!! That's an extra 7.5 syns

Stupid stupid stupid :-(

Thurs 9 feb

Up at 5.55am....eeek!!! Not good!!! I've got pains all down my right side, back and front, but mainly on my tummy :-( might be due to all the rubbish I've been eating!!!

Breakfast: 2 quorn sausages (2syns) toast (heb) beans and cheese (hea)

Lunch: pasta salad with el mayo and veg burger (2syns)

Dinner: omelette and salad (hea) possibly with veg burger 0.5 syns

Snacks: alpen light x2 (heb) and banana

Nope, up for work... I do not 'do' early mornings!! But ive got 3 days of training starting today... Tomorrow I've got to be up even earlier :-(

Hope you feel a bit better, was it your SEP? If so how was lovely Cranebank? Have you seen the new advert yet? What do you think? X

Yeah, well mandatory learning day today, sep starts tomorrow! It was delightful as ever :) No not seen it, I'll google now! Is it good? X
 
Hey! I'm a fellow Air Stewardess - same airline - but on maternity leave at the moment after having my baby boy New Years Eve. I started SW last week in the hope to shift the left over baby weight. I've been reading your diary with interest as I know how difficult it is to keep to a diet when on a flight. Sooo many temptations and it's sooo easy to just grab something bad when your tired or rushed off your feet. You certainly have to try and choose wisely.
I am hoping that by the time I am due back I will have got to target but if not I know it's possible to stick to SW after reading your diary.
I hope SEP goes well for you, certainly don't envy you at the moment - such a stress every year, but it will soon be over. Good luck.
 
Fri 10 feb

Gained 2lbs - not good when I've reduced my target!!! So now im 4lbs away from target!!

Breakfast: pineapple and yogurt

Break: alpen light (1/2heb)

Lunch: savoury rice with added sweetcorn and quorn pieces and banana

Dinner: meat free bolognaise with pasta (2syns) possibly with cheese (hea)

Need to not eat chocs today but I'm pretty sure I'll have a couple later when I'm feeling tired!!!!

Are you sure your body doesn't just naturally fluctuate that 2lbs? You haven't gone that mad this week. Do your clothes feel any different? Xxx

Yeah everything does feel a bit tighter...I didn't WI last week so I think it's an accumulation!!! Oh well, onwards and downwards!! :) xx

Congratulations on your baby!!

Yeah it's so difficult to stick to it!! I can see myself falling into bad habits again and need to really keep myself focused!!! I've got 9 day trip after this which will be difficult taking food away, but I always have a stash of mugshots!!

Good luck with getting to pre baby weight! I'm sure you'll be fine, esp being at home xxx
