Day???? (Not sure as don't know what diet I'm on! Oops!)
I think I'll make it day 1 of 28 as my next target is set for 4 weeks time!
I feel great! I mean FANTASTIC in a way I haven't in weeks and I haven't broken the diet! What is going on????!!!!
It must be the endorphins as I finally got off my arse and went out for a run. 5k in the fastest time I've done in years (2 years to be precise!)...av pace 9.47 min miles, down from 11.20 at the beginning of the year, and on a vlcd! Not a vlcd for much longer though...hello simple solution!
