Todays Food.

Breakfast - Porridge.

Lunch - Home made lentil soup. Apple.

Dinner - Steamed smoked river cobber, brocolli, green beans.

No doubt there will be some yogurt and something else to edit later. Home tonight and straight on the treadmill.

I had a jar of cockles at lunch with my soup, I forgot to add this.

Also done another 22 minutes on the treadmill tonight, and instead of walking 2 mins, then running for 1 min, I ran for 1.5 mins.

Lunch - Half a tin of tuna, boiled egg, salad. 2 Tangerines.
Snack - Apple.
Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, brocolli, green beans. Strawberries and Greek Yogurt.
 
Mmmm love tuna and egg together! Gota get the egg just right so the middle is still a little runny!! :giggle:
 
I might have a boiled egg later mashed up with a little lf salad cream on some crackers :drool: ;)
 
Funnily enough I had a hankering for boiled eggs ... I've brought 2 to work ... weird xx

Dinner - Sirloin Steak, 1 med boiled potato, garden peas, fried onions (frylite)

Snack - apple.

Supper - (work) 2 boiled eggs/mayo (eggs in the air again) 2 ryvita, small salad. Strawberries and Greek Yogurt.

Snack - 2 tangerines.

Been on the treadmill today for another 22 minutes, (3rd day on the trot) and walked/jogged 2.6k (1.56 miles) This is the furthest I have gone up to now. I will have a rest day tomorrow though with being nights tonight. Today is the easiest I have found it, so I think the fitness levels are rising.

Make sure you do have that rest, more so for your joints etc :) xxx
