Tuesday - going for it - 3k.

Getting quite addicted to this running now - what is happening!

Weigh in and I lost 2lbs this week. Didnt do any jogging yesterday with it being Monday club, but will be on it later.

Yesterdays Food.

Breakfast - Porridge.
Lunch - 2 ryvita and a banana, packet of quavers.

Dinner - Lots of vodka, 3 crackers, half a bag of crisps.

Todays Food.

Breakfast - 3 ryvita, 2 boiled eggs mixed with mayo.
Snack - slice of melon, 1 plum.
Dinner - 2 potatoes, beef casserole, carrots.
Supper - 4 oatcakes with smoked salmon pate and cucumber. Strawberries and Greek yogurt.

Edit, the something light ended up being half a bag of mixed nuts and raisins - but they were lovely.

Edit 2, Small pieces of cheese and pickled onions.

Ooh the casserole was lovely, I really enjoyed it.

Went shopping today to Morrissons, and picked up a packet of mixed nuts and raisins, contained peanuts, brazils and walnuts. I was fine until Phill opened the bag and I have just eaten half the bag, so I will try and miss supper now lol.

Not even looked at the fat and calories, might not even bother to look haha.

Well I am off to the treadmill - catch ya later and I hope it brightens up a wee bit in Plymouth so you can get yourself out to your run.
 
Ooh I couldnt handle the treadmill today, I managed ten minutes only. Must be the after effects of the Monday Club!

Too much vodka yesterday, blame Mr Smirnoff.
 
Just had 4 oatcakes with salmon pate and cucumber, also strawberries and Greek yogurt.

Finished eating for the night now.
