Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Thanks chick, I will probably have 2 days of rest, and do my next jog/walk on Monday morning.

I think it might be easier on the joints with being on a treadmill than on the road though - but not too sure.

Yeah running on a treadmill is probably better for your joints as theres lots of little dips etc in the roads. xxx

Yep treadmill running is kinder to the joints etc because it's springy and because it's moving it propels you forward with each step meaning your joints don't have to take the jarring of solid concrete/tarmac/whatever and your muscles don't have to work so hard at propelling you forward.

Todays Food.

Got home this morning and felt really thirsty so had a small slice of melon before bed.

Breakfast - didnt wake up until 2pm, so just had some melon and an apple.

Dinner - Half a gammon steak, peas, mushrooms, boiled potato.

Snack - Banana.

Supper - 2 boiled eggs in mayo, small salad, 2 ryvita. Strawberries and Greek Yogurt.

Snack - 2 tangerines, 1 apple.

Last shift - voddie tomorrow :break_diet:

12 hours in work tonight - 11 hours left.
5 hours in bed tomorrow - 5 hours
2 hours to come around and wake up - 2 hours.

Total 18 hours until Mr Smirnoff and I get together.

Got up at Midday today as I hate to waste my days off. So far, so good, lovely day so far.

Been on the treadmill again and went my furthest yet
2.9 kilometers = 1.80197646 miles and done this in my usual 22 minutes, but increased the speed today, plus done mostly 1.5minutes walk, and 1.5 minutes jogging.

Breakfast - Didnt fancy much and knew I was going on the treadmill, so just had a slice of honeydew melon.

Lunch - Phill had grilled some thick bacon, so I just had 2 slices of bacon, with all fat removed.

Dinner - Chicken, baked with chilli and basil, cabbage, cauli, 1 new pototo. I haven't eaten this yet, but will probably have some fruit and Greek Yogurt for desert.

I have a visitor - MR SMIRNOFF.

Didnt have any fruit or yogurt after dinner, felt really full.

Mr Smirnoff has just poured me my 4th drink, isn't he so sweet!
