Yes I have completed week 1, but I will do one more day of week 1 on Monday, making it 4 times, then I will do week 2 on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, then I will probably go back to week 1 after the holidays.

The food changed today, as I had no breadcrumbs to coat my fish.

Breakfast - Porridge.

Dinner - Home made lentil soup, with 3 slices of Nimble Wholemeal bread. 4 Strawberries.

Snack - driving to work, as I went into Tesco to get breadcrumbs for the fish for tomorrow - I had a Pink Lady apple and a Picnic. Mmm the picnic was lovely.

Supper in work - 2 ryvita, half a tin of tuna mixed with mayo and sweetcorn, bowl of salad. Strawberries, frozen berries and Greek Yogurt.

Snack - 3 apricots, 1 plum, 1 small apple, 1 tangerine.
 
Whoooooooooo!!!! We'll make runners yet! :giggle:
 
I am hungry tonight, I think its because I only had soup and bread for lunch, but its too early to eat my supper yet!
 
Got any extra fruit or something to have mary?

I have already eaten my snack food, but I have an apple and a tangerine left that I was going to have with supper, so I might go and have that now.

Otherwise the temptation to nip over the roundabout to McD's will surface.

Hahaa, I didnt, I had my apple and tangerine, but still hungry, so will have my supper in about 15 minutes - yummmmm!!

I was good and had my supper just after ten, pleasantly stuffed now. That will teach me just to have soup and bread before work.
 
Remember that for next time! I think it was the bread - nimble bread is like eating air!!!!! :giggle:
 
Yeah, it wasnt intentional, I was looking forward to my fish, and when I seen there were no breadcrumbs, I didnt have anything else I could have, as its all frozen chicken portions, etc.

Thats the nimble bread finished, had it in the freezer for months, I prefer the ryvita at the moment.
 
Yer, or even better a nice thick slice of warm wholemeal bread with some butter :drool:
 
Drool !!

Phill was eating toast this morning and it smelt delicious. I dont usually crave after bread, but today was the day, I think it was Phills fault for having the toast.
 
Again, blame hubby!!! :giggle:
 
Didn't have a good sleep today, so thankfully tonight is the last one.

Food today,

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg, 5 strawberries, 1 plum.

Dinner - Baked Fish, half a new potato, brocolli, cauli, green beans.

Supper - Tuna, mayo, sweetcorn, 3 ryvita. Strawberries, Greek yogurt.

Snacks - 1 tangerine, 3 plums.

My intentions tomorrow are to get up about Midday, come round for an hour with a couple of cups of tea, then do my 4th stint on week 1 couch to 5k.

Then I am going to the Monday club, albeit a little later than usual :D should be there about 2:30pm.
 
Holidays !!!!!

Hi girls. Mary when are you actually off on holidays? . We are heading to France for two weeks next Saturday . Cant wait . I am hoping to loose a few pounds before I go . Weigh in tomorrow . Will let you know . You are doing so well all of you . I have been good this week but I did have a chinese on Friday night as our 18th wedding Anniversary was on Saturday. I think you have to have a life but its all the extra rubbish every day that we pick at through boredom and stress that causes the trouble . When I stay off the sweet things and eat 3 healthy meals I dont crave half the rubbish . !!!!:D

I think I love the monday club even though i've never experienced it! :giggle:
