C25k & situps!! :eek: you really are too good Mary!!! :) x

I am probably the one who is MOST surprised, and to be honest, I cant wait to do it again, but deffo tomorrow. I might do sit-ups again tonight though and have a quick session on the Wii-Fit. Wow, this is getting addictive.
 
Today's Food.

Breakfast - Porridge and berries.

Lunch - 4 Ryvita, Smoked salmon pate, small tub of mixed cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions. Strawberries and Greek Yogurt.

Dinner - Ham salad, Cheese omelette. 1 chocolate biscuit.

Snacks - 1 apple, 1 apricot, 1 tangerine, 1 plum.

Because of my shifts, I wont be using a 7 day cycle, I will be doing an 8 day cycle, so I will continue like this week.
Day 1, my last day off. Wed.
Day 2, First dayshift. Thur.
Day 3, First nightshift. Sat.
Day 4, First day off, Mon.
 
Mary how do you cope with the changing of shifts so often?!!! :eek:

The 4 days off is my favourite part, and then if I use 4 days annual leave, I actually have 12 off. Because I have my 4 days off, then 4 annual leave, then another 4 off..........love it.
 
Amazing Mary!! Running :) WAW...well done..it is addictive - I wish I could do more of it, but my knees tell me otherwise unfortunately :-( But the buzz is incredible......honesty Jan you should try it!! haha...(we will get her running yet)!

You must be well below your target now Mary with all this weight loss? Are you planning on losing more/staying the same till holidays?

Hey Iris, great to see you chick.

I am still 10st 6lbs, so I will continue with the healthy eating and exercise until the holidays, then just do the same when I come back. I would like to stay around the 10st mark.

Yeah, I am loving the buzz from the exercise, and even had one of the guys in work, who is a gym freak, showing me the best way to do my sit-ups for the best results. Can you believe it? LOL.
 
Oh you'd do anything to see a guys abs Mary!!! ;) :giggle:

Supper - 2 eggs mixed with mayo, 3 ryvita, salad. Fruit.

Doing day 3 of Couch to 5k later and some sit-ups.

Nightshift tonight, so catch you all later on.
