Bit of a problem, still on the phone. They couldnt give me the return flight, but could offer one 2 hours earlier, but it was an extra £70 between us, already paid £600 for the flights - darn Goldtrail for going bust, but we said no, but now we have decided to pay the extra. Been on hold for ages.
 
Should have let my Jonnie (bookmytrip) sort it out for you ;) LOL :)

I gave up in the end and went to bed. Re-booked this morning, we are now going 2nd Aug - 13th Aug, about £60 more expensive, but the other option was to fly from Bristol, so it would have meant more petrol, payment to come over the bridge, and extra time to travel, so I guess the extra £60 is worth it.
 
Today's Food.

Breakfast - Porridge and banana.

Lunch - 2 ryvita, 2 boiled eggs with mayo, small salad. Strawberries, Raspberries, Greek yogurt.

Dinner - Chicken breast cooked in chilli sauce and basil, Green Beans, Brocolli.

Snacks - 1 plum, 1 apricot, 1 apple, 1 tangerine spread through-out the day.

I know Bev, we are extremely lucky this year to be able to afford 4, usually its just 2, so I am definitely making the most of it.

How am I being so good?.........well I think it must be to do with the 4 holidays, and thinking BIKINI ICMELER, BIKINI ICMELER, BIKINI ICMELER :D

I really did enjoy the run last night, and now that I have been running a couple of weeks, I noticed this morning that my work blouses are much looser, they used to gape a bit at the bust, but hey no gaping today :D

We are planning to go back to Rhodes next year for 2 weeks. Can't wait already and there's just under a year to go!

Sounds as though the running is doing you wonders, nice when you can feel clothes becoming looser. Keep up the good work and keep chanting your mantra!!

Rhodes will be here before you know it, and you can show off that slinky new figure Bev. You have done so well to get to where you are now, and you still have a few weeks left.

I do feel better after the runs, although during it, I keep thinking, maybe I will give up, but a little push gets me to the end.

Back to Cardiff now, flying out on Aug 2nd, and coming back Aug 14th, back to original flight, but returning 2 hours earlier.

We are really lucky to have the extra holidays this year, I bought extra annual leave, so its made all the difference.

Feeling good on the menu's lately, and very filling too.
 
Week 1 day 2 of couch to 5k completed.
I wont do it tomorrow, but because of my shift pattern, thats why I did it again tonight, so I will wait until Saturday to do my day 3.

I also did 60 sit-ups tonight after the podcast, and I forgot to mention that I did 60 sit-ups last night too.

Tonight was a little harder on the couch to 5k, but probably because I didnt have a rest day in between. Definitely a rest day tomorrow.
