Re: Soon be Xmas

That's it!!!!!! :p lol x

I bet if I say ... "I've got a feeling ..." ... you'll both go "WOO-HOO" in a highpitched tuneful manner ;) xx

Re: Soon be Xmas

Woo-hoo!!!!!!!!!

LOL! I love that song :D xx

Hope all goes well for you next week Mary and then Maisie can move into her new home. I agree though, why do people get pets and then don't look after them. We would love a little dog but because we both work full time it would be unfair to leave it home all day so we haven't got one.

Thank you Bev. Yes, we have wanted a dog for a long time too, but with us both working we didnt think it was fair, but now that Phill is not working, I just couldnt resist any longer.

Sorry I have not been on tonight, but I have been caught up with a few things in work.

We are off to Nottingham later today so I will catch up with you all on Monday.

Have a great weekend all. xxx

Have a great weekend Mary :D Have a few V&Cs for me tonight ;) xx

Enjoy your weekend Mary :D xxx

Hope you have had a nice weekend Mary. Lots of luck with the doggie. A dog gives you a huge reward with all the love they give you. I have a very old cocker and don't know how I will cope when he goes but he has given so much over the course of his life. dogs are just the best.

Thanks everyone, we had a great time at Nottingham.

We still dont have Maisey yet, as she has a cough and is on antibiotics, as soon as the cough is cleared, she will be speyed and then we should have her home with us. We had the home visit on Monday and all is good at the house with the garden being well secured. We went out yesterday and spent a small fortune on Maisey, on beds, collars, food, extendable leads etc, but oh so well worth it - now all I need is Maisey.......lol.

On a more serious note, I joined WW last night, to get the new Pro-Points plan, I bought the calculator and a few bits and bobs.

I have started WW today weighing 11st 6lbs, so a gain of about a stone since the holidays.

Food today.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with soya milk.
Snack - Apple, Tangerine.
Lunch - 4 ryvita, 1 tin of sardines in tomato sauce. 1 Tesco low fat yogurt.
Snack - 1 apple 1 tangerine.
Dinner - Rib eye steak, Boiled pots, mushrooms, onions and some other veg (will update tonight).

Back on track now to nip this in the bud before it goes any further upwards. I am in work this morning, so will catch up with all the threads through-out the day.

Edit - all food = 28 points.
3 x 50ml vodka = 12 points.

I will deduct one point from the vodka to make up my 29 points, and that leaves me a slush fund of 38 points.

I am quite liking the new pro points plan, I have an allowance of 29 per day, plus a weekly allowance of 49 which enables you to eat out, drink out etc, so far so good.

I was torn between SW and WW, but with WW bringing out the new plan this week, I wanted to see what it was all about.

Oooooh so you shall have your doggie pretty soon! :D :D :D :party0049:

Did you go to a ww meeting to find out about the new plan mary?x

I called the Dog Rescue place today, and Maisey still has the cough, so I wont know anything else until next Monday until the vet visits again. If the cough has gone, then she will be speyed. Its like having a phantom pregnancy, I have all doggie stuff at home but NO dog.......lol. Fingers crossed for Monday now.

Yes Tanya, I went along to WW last night and bought the calculator and got the new plan info.

Im really tempted by it to lose this gain ive got.
How much was the meeting and the stuff? I don't have to keep going do i?! x
