Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Wow well done Mary :D:D 2 years is a fantastic achievement. I hope you're suitably proud of yourself :) We certainly are xx

Thank you Jan, yes I am very proud of myself. I know my weight will always be an issue, but when I think of the last two years, its not really been too much of a hard slog, but it is always something thats on your mind.........should I eat this, should I not.....etc, but you know the score, I guess its something we will always have to live with. Its just making those healthy choices most of the time now.

But yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 2 years on, very proud and happy.:D

You deserve lots of crowns! For the time that you have been maintaining and the amount of weight you lost this week. You are doing fab! A great 2 fingers up to the ole " you will only put it back on patrol".

Aww thank you very much. Absolutely, just goes to show the non believers that life DOES go on after LT and we can lead more or less normal lifes.

Wow Mary that it one hell of an achievement and you should be very proud! Two fingers to all those who say that we'll all put the weight right back on:D

Had quite a long lie in bed this morning with working nightshift tonight. It was so lovely to stay in bed until 10am - I felt quite guilty though.

Food today.
B - Maintenance sachet.
L - Chicken, basil, tomato casserole, brocolli, cauli.
Supper - Garlic chicken breast, small salad. 3 rings of pineapple.

Crumbs Mary - guilty at a 10am rise? If I can I will sleep in till 11 or half past the day I start my nights! xx

Its as though my head is run by the time......I just feel that I shouldnt be in bed until that time, and its only because I was up late last night that I laid in. Otherwise I am normally up about 8.

Mary, it sounds like you have similar habits to me. No matter how late to bed I am I will still be wide awake at dawn. I'd never have coped with night work!!! OH could sleep all day at weekends but I hate being in bed late. I feel the day has gone if I stay in late!!! I came from a farm where early mornings were part of life. There is such beauty in the early light. It is still my favourite part of the day.

Thats right Molly - I hate to waste the day in bed, even though the longer you are up the more you eat.......lol.

Food today.

(Day off maintenance shakes ;) )

Breakfast - Small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes and S/S Milk

Dinner - Chicken leg, 3 small roast pots made with frylite, carrots, cauli, tiny piece of sage and onion stuffing. Gravy.

Aww I cried this morning when I went in from work. I opened all my Mothers day pressies and cards, and there was one really special one that made me cry, "To Mum from The Dog" and Maisie had written, Dear Mum, this is our first Mothers day together and I just want to thank you and tell you how lucky I am to have you as my Mum...Lots of love from Maisie"

I was crying buckets...........lol.
