Ding Dong the Enemy's dead!

Oh if only we knew, i reckon we'd be millionaires if we ever cracked why that was the case!!!!! :giggle:

Just like when we came of TFR, everything tasted wonderfull, now, a plain bowl of lettuce just aint the same without a bit of mayo or salad cream :p x

So true Tan! I used to have bran flakes without any sugar and now I can't stand them without! I think it is one of the advantages of TFR and the whole cleansing of the pallet thing! Also I used to get full so easily! Wish that was still the case!

Another good day, but this is my last shift tonight, then I have four days off - that's when it all goes downhill :D

2 meals replaced by maintenance shake/bar.

Dinner - Roast chicken, brocolli, cabbage, cauliflour.

Lots of water and black tea/coffee with 1 cup of coffee with milk.

I am actually thinking I may be in ketosis, as I just dont feel hungry...........hmm, might be better to have some carbs tomorrow then, because I plan on going out for a drink. Probably have some toast with breakfast to make sure.

Did you have a lovely breakfast mary? its my fave meal on weekends!! :giggle: Enjoy your drinkies today :D xxx

How did Mrs D cope with the Mr V yesterday... Was she swamped and suppressed or is she shining back thru today! Lol x

I reckon mrs D is at monday club ;)

Mary, hope you are enjoying your few days off. I hope you are getting nice weather for walking Maisie.

Pis*ed and in bed is my guess ;) lol x

PMSL at you lot...........I had a very busy 4 days off, drinking, walking, drinking, taking Maisie to be clipped, drinking........little bit of eating and...........more drinking........lol.

Mrs D was very good until yesterday, when Maisie was being groomed we went for a bar lunch, I had chicken curry, half and half, followed by apple pie and custard, then last night, crisps, chocolate, cream crackers with cheese and spring onions. But I reckon that is even better than 80/20. The scales were really nice to be and .................. drum roll................LOST 3LBS THIS WEEK. The scales were actually showing a 6lb loss the day before, but obviously the carbs yesterday have reflected, but I am really pleased.

PS - sorry I haven't been around on my 4 off this week. Off to catch up now.

Well done on your 3lbs off Mary, fantastic. Sounds as though you had a very busy (boozy?) few days off!

Wow, great result Mary. Your showing just how to balance things nicely. Being very good for part of the week and then allowing yourself enjoy your time off. How much have you left to lose now?

I would like to lose another 7lbs and that will take me back to where I was when I started maintaining, and I have not been that weight since last August.......so all going the right way now.

Definitely pays off being really good, and then relaxing on one of my days off.

Wow great loss Mary!

Thank you Sandra.

L - Maintenance shake.
D - Steamed haddock, salad.
