Hi All,

Well I am back on lipotrim as of yesterday.
I gained 1 stone 3lbs since stopping smoking, so time to get it shifted again.

I am back up to 11st 5lbs and my aim is to get back to around the 10 stone mark.

I actually started lipotrim yesterday and day 1 went really good. It was surprising how much I actually enjoyed the shakes. I had a coffee vanilla one for breakfast, yummy strawberry one for lunch and a chocolate/mint one for supper.

Being the serial weigher that I am, I had a sneak on the scales this morning before work and I have lost 3lbs since yesterday - bring it on.

Well done Mary! Hope it is still going well for you....I thought you were doing 2 shakes and one protein meal..so are you total TFR then till you lose all the weight?
 
I'm glad its going well for you. I was surprised I liked the shakes when I started again too. I remember when I first did lipotrim I could have been sick! But I have quite enjoyed them this time. That weight will be gone in no time. I lost 15 1/2 lb in 13 days this time! Good luck xx

Honestly speaking, in a way I was dreading it, but yesterday was okay, today I have felt hungrier than I did the last time, but now that I have had my last shake I feel okay again. I think I may even be going into ketosis as I have the metally taste in my mouth and some smelly breath.

Iris, I think if I had did the 2 shakes and 1 meal, I would have ventured from being good, I know I would have had a few vodka's and nibbles along the way, so I decided on the full pack. I reckon 3-4 weeks should see it all off.

I couldnt believe how much I enjoyed the shakes second time around and I am LOVING the strawberry. Well done on your loss in 13 days, thats excellent. How much more do you want to lose?

Day 3 - still feel a little hungry, even though I think I am in ketosis, but I haven't drank as much water today, so that could be it.

Just poured myself a pint of cold water.

Cheers chick, I just tell myself this is only for 3 weeks.

Its going great so far though, must admit better than I thought.
 
Oooh so yer only doing it for 3 weeks ... i thought you was doing it for 4 or was that including yer refeed?

3 weeks will fly by!! :D x
 
3-4 Tanya, depending how quickly the weight comes off.

Even if I do 2 shakes and a meal for a week before proper refeed, nothing set in concrete yet.
 
Thank you Iris, missing food today though, dreaming of a grilled chicken breast with brocolli.....lol. Just the same feelings as the first time around though.
 
I was obsessed with food this time round again. Watching come dine with me all day! Isnt it brilliant to be craving chicken and brocolli though? When I was fantasising about chicken and salad I was just pleased to be craving healthy stuff again after all the junk I ate over Christmas. Eating healthy now is a pleasure not a chore. I would like to loose another half a stone but to be honest I'm not in a rush. I'm just pleased to be back where I was and all my clothes fit nice again. Just think, not long now and you will be eating that. But I think in some ways doing it for a short period you think of food more because refeed is just around the corner. My last week of lipo, the first time round was hell beacuse I was so excited to start eating again!
 
Hi just a quick update, sorry I have not had time to come on.

I was good all week, then had a blow out on Sunday and ate for Wales and drank for Britain lol. Anyway, the good news is I lost 6lb.

Back on it now with a mission and I promise to try and get on here more and stick to it this time with no cheating for a couple of weeks.
 
Glammam, I too love that programme, I watched the whole weeks programmes the other day, thats what I watched at this time of year, last year when I was TFR'ing.

Re Come Dine With Me .... any of you watch last week's - thoroughly enjoy it and then get totally depressed as though it was someone you really knew when they found out that that chap had died 2 months after making the show??!! :(:(:( xx

Haha.........no way would it be me, I couldnt be doing with people snooping around my house lol.

Not seen this weeks yet Jan, I will probably catch up on my 4 days off, keep me busy and away from temptation and vodka lol.
 
Well folks, I just cannot commit myself to TFR at this present moment. I dont know whether its because I dont want to lose much, or whether its still some effects from not smoking, but I just cant seem to handle it right now. I have decided to do 2 shakes and a meal for the time being.

I have been picking at things like pickled onions, sliced beetroot etc, so I decided last night to have a meal and start doing that daily. I ended up just picking at some cockles and pickles last night, but today I am committed to losing a stone and being sensible. 2 shakes, mid afternoon snack and evening meal.

Breakfast - Shake.
Snack - Apple.
Lunch - Shake.
Evening meal, Tuna salad.

Still glugging the water.

Edit - 1 jaffa cake. (probably would have been more if there was more in the pack, but there are 4 of us in work, so we shared :) 1 apple.
