Phill has already mentioned having a chinese next Friday afternoon before we set off for the airport about 14:30 but I said I would just have chicken breast and veggies - go me, go me........lol

Hey, don't worry, when I am a millionaire, I wont forget my Minimins friends.

The concept behind the 1 vodka and coke is that i have to drive at 05:20am......but I must confess, I have had 2......:8855:

At the moment, its a definite NOOOOO to the chinese, but like I said to Tanya earlier, ask me again Friday. I just feel that when I eat rice/noodles/pasta I get bloated, and thats the last thing I want to feel is bloated when I have to get that bikini on Saturday morning :break_diet::break_diet::break_diet:
 
Agree with everyone...you are doing so well and your menus always look so good and apetising! I always think, waw!! why do I binge when I could eat like Mary! Cause it is good things and sensible, healthy things you eat!

Thank you Iris, but I am sure you will be fine, with the amount of walking (16,000 miles) and exercise you have in the allotment it will more than compensate for anything you have eaten.
 
Sunday Menu.

Snack 8am, small banana.

Breakfast, Porridge with skimmed milk.

Snack, 1 apple, 1 tangerine.

Lunch, Few slices of roast beef and salad. Frozen berries and Greek yogurt.

Dinner, Roast Beef, 2 new potatoes, Veg.....not sure which veg as Phill is cooking today as I am in work.

5 sleeps.............woohooo.

Well I have just popped on to 'shine my halo'.

I am in work and have been fancying something like opal fruits since about 1pm and its now 4pm. Anyway, I asked one of my colleagues if he had any fruit sweets, but he didnt, he DID offer me a party size bag of maltesers though - BUT,...........I refused, I WANT OPAL FRUITS..........lol.

I have another 15 minutes until I leave for home, I cant wait for my Roast Beef dinner, blooming starving now.

Dinner was lush, I had Roast Beef, 3 small potatoes, Spring greens and carrots, with some lovely beef gravy.

On my second vodka now, but getting a little tired, so might have one more before bed.

Not going to bed yet though Jan, still got a third of my second vodka left and will have one more..........at the moment one more, maybe two ;):D
