After the last two early morning rises - 04:40 my eyes are beginning to sting a little........but I guess when I go out for a smoke, the fresh air will wake me up a little......wake me up enough to have a third.

Today's Food.

Breakfast, Porridge with honey, small banana, 1 tangerine.

Lunch, 3 ryvita with egg mayonaisse. 1 apple.

Snack - Half a jam doughnut in work, its one of my colleagues Birthday and he brought 2 whole bags in, but I shared one with one of my other work colleagues.

Dinner, Tuna mayo, salad. Frozen berries and Greek yogurt.

Snack for during the night, 2 tangerines, 1 apple.

Thanks Mary but I reckon I have about another 8 weeks or so left on LT to get down to a decent weight. Another 2 - 2.5 stones I would be happy with but we'll see how I feel and if I feel happier before then I will stop LT and try to maintain from there. All support from thereon in would be much appreciated as always.

Well Bev, you know where we always are hun. The time will soon pass and you will be back on here. Just enjoy the freedom of TFR before all the choices come back to you lol

At least I will be busy when I finish on Wednesday morning. I will be up about Midday, then I will finish the packing, and do some cleaning.

Thursday morning, Phill has hospital appt, then I am going to get my nails done. Only need to mop the downstairs floors in the afternoon.

Friday morning, I have a hair appt at 09:30 for cut and highlights, then getting picked up for the airport at 14:30.

Thursday night will be the night for me, but at least I cant drink too much with the early rise and travelling on Friday, so fingers crossed. :8855:
 
Thank you Iris, but I am sure you will be fine, with the amount of walking (16,000 miles) and exercise you have in the allotment it will more than compensate for anything you have eaten.

Well I have just popped on to 'shine my halo'.

I am in work and have been fancying something like opal fruits since about 1pm and its now 4pm. Anyway, I asked one of my colleagues if he had any fruit sweets, but he didnt, he DID offer me a party size bag of maltesers though - BUT,...........I refused, I WANT OPAL FRUITS..........lol.

It has slipped, it has slipped...half a donut!!! come on Mary!!!! :8855::8855: haha..just pulling your leg sweetie...you are doing incredibly well, you really are...but I doubt you can resist all that lovely Turkish food..mmmm...not as easy! It is just so moreish....breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the lovely snacks inbetween!! grrrrrr..BUT, then you will be on your holibags and it wont matter!! heeheh
