Morning Dawn hope you ok, sorry to read your post about your Mum, what a worry. :-(
By the way, loving your pumpkin wow how good is that :)
take care and enjoy your day xx

I'm glad you all enjoyed puppy training.

I hadn't thought about before but I think it probably was me laughing at the trainer that got us banned

Evening all x

Thank you for your lovely comments xxxxxx

Sorry I've been a bit awol. Just had a few really busy days.

Gwyn and I took suki for a walk yesterday but it was a bit of a disaster as a big chow dog broke through the hedge of the front garden it was in and managed to bite suki and make her nose bleed :( It wasn't serious, and the chow wasn't at all vicious...just a bit inquisitive...but poor suki came off a bit the worse for wear bless her. We're just hoping that the incident hasn't undone the good work from the puppy training class :(

Andrew, Vicki and I took some of Andrews old clothes to the charity shop yesterday as he's slimmed out of them woo woo! But while we were in there, I bought a black jacket, a pencil skirt, some smart trousers, some leather boots, a pair of black jeans and a bracelet! Then we went to Asda and I bought some more jeans and socks! And then we went to mums and had a nice couple of hours with her. She's understandably very frightened about her operation but she's making light of it all. And Andrew has offered to stay at her bungalow while she's in hospital so he can look after the place and the cats for her. And when she comes out, she'll stay with us for a few days.

Suki was very under the weather today. She was sick a couple of times but just bought up a load of bile, and she was very quiet. And Gwyn has yet another cold, so I left the 2 of them in bed while I went to work.

And work was fine today, made all the better for meeting up with Sarah for a catchup. She's fine but very busy, and just doesn't have the time to post on here atm :( x.

Anyway, lastly I sts at wi tonite which I was quite surprised at and very pleased, given the week I've had!

Hi Dawn

That's good for the sts :)

And glad work wasn't too bad for you.

Bless poor little Suki, hope her nose is okay and her tummy is feeling a little better.

Oh andrew must be feeling great to be able to get rid of all those clothes!

When is your mums op? Hope all goes well for her and bless andrew staying and looking after the place and the cats. Isn't her good :)

Hope you didn't spend quite so much in asda this time hehe

Have a nice evening xxx

Hiya Dinky Dawn - a STS is good considering the week you've. Have you actually lowered you target at class or just creeping down?

Now I though the whole point of taking clothes to the charity shop was to clear wardrobe space? Whilst you've done this successfully for Andrew it would appear that they've migrated to yours :8855:
Doesn't seem quite right somehow !

Hi Bev!

No, I haven't officially put my Target at 10st but as I'm only 2lbs away from it I'm trying to reach it just as a bit of a challenge. Then if I do get to it, I'll set it as target, I think. Still a bit nervous about trying to maintain what is a very low weight for me.

I thought it was brilliant at the charity shop lol! Went in with one bag of men's clothes and came out with 2 bags of women's! And now I'm roughly the same size as vicki, I've doubled my range of clothes I can wear lol!

Thanks Bex x

Mums going into the Glenfield hospital in Leicester on the 13th (week on Sunday) and they're operating on the following day. The Glenfield is a specialist chest hospital so she should be in good hands, but of course we're all really worried not only about the op but about what they might find :(

And when do I ever do that???

Tea again would be great - if you're sure you can put up with me grumping yet again - but I'll have to let you know if I'm going to be able to get out. So much to do, and yesterday was such a bad day, with other people's stupidity (not mine, of course!) wasting so much of my time... Arrrrggghhhh: Deadlines!!

Well done on sts but poor Suki. Hope she's back to her mischievous self soon.
Loving the shopping spree, fab work.
Any plans for the weekend?
Have a good one x

Hi Penny (aka Laura ;))

Suki is absolutely fine now thank you...tearing around the lounge with Squeaky in her mouth lol!

I don't think we do have any plans for tha weekend actually, other than church on Sunday morning and watching the Saints on TV in the afternoon. I might do some cooking tomorrow after the housework...make Dan some more bread and maybe sort something out for Sunday dinner x

Well done on the STS bestie!
Poor Suki, want me to send the Maisie over and be a guard bunny?
x

Ooh good idea bestie!

Bet Maisie would soon sort that nasty chow dog out!!! :D
