Dinkie Dawnies Dubious Diary of Downsizing, Deflation, and Debauchery

Helloooo ladies x

Yay!!! Only one more day at work to survive and then a whole week off! :happy036::happy036::happy036:

Another pretty appalling day, plagued by vehicle breakdowns and red alerts on both major hospitals. Kettering was in real dire straits, with the day controller absolutely climbing the walls with frustration. We sent him out for a walk and a break, just to try and calm him down a bit, and he was a little better when he came back. I managed to free up one of my Northampton crews and send them over to Kettering which thankfully also made a big difference.

Good news is that Mum has an appointment on Jan 4th in the chest clinic :) So it's a little reassuring to know that she's in the system and we may get her lung biopsy results at the same time.

Haven't got much more to report really! I did wrap some more presents up tonight, and treated myself to a nice relaxing bath with lots of bubbles rather than the usual quick shower :0bathtime:

Have a good day tomorrow guy x

Like an old sock.

But such a magnificent old sock...;)

An old sock that you could probably roll up and use, if you ever forgot your chicken fillet.

Morning Dawnie.

And I though I was bad! We only wrote and posted ours on Friday but they should still get to the UK in time as we use a courier service to the UK and then into the post from there. Posting from Spain can be a nightmare. It once took 12 weeks for a letter to get delivered to us that was urgent!

I love carols - old, modern anything. Always gets this old fart who is very bah-humbug feeling christmassy

Me too, but I often get a slap for staring at them at work:( ;)

Eeeeugggghhh.
All that yukky, sloppy stuff...

I'm so glad I haven't got all the same genes as my mum and my sis!

We was adopted - from a "problem family"

I feel so used.
Like an old sock.

Yup, sweaty and odd:p
