Lol I am * week grumpy, bloated and the weather is putting me in a bad mood too Cold and miserable today after what was a lovely weekend. Eight weeks till you get married how exciting! I am going to be an Auntie for the first time in about three weeks time... hurrah! Had friends to stay at weekend - was too scared to look on scales this morning so being super good from now on like you. I find reading diaries like yours really inspiring - together we can do it x
Morning hun, how are you today? Well I weighed myself this morning and think I lost 1lbs but need to get on the wii to confirm as not sure our scales are that accurate. They were told its going to be a girl but I don't trust these things lol. If it is a girl they are going to call her Willow. So this morning I had magic porridge for brekkie and have had two cups of tea so far as its cold here again. I keep a bottle of water on my desk and sip that through the day too. For lunch I have rocket, chicken, radishes and cold new potatoes and put about a teaspoon of light mayo. Will also have a mugshot. Tonight I am going to have spaghetti and meatballs - my fav . Trying to keep syns free for weekend vodka. Hope you having a good day x
Just read the new mag n now im feelin great. Positive mental attitude! No drinking alcohol for the month of june as this is when I go downhill. This will be a good challenge and money saver.
Food all planned right up til next wed.
Fresh start 2morrow and no weighing at home at all (another challenge!) Here goes...
Friday 31/5/13.. first day of my new (final) journey:
Breakie: 30g weetabix choc spoonsize (hxb) with tea (hxa milk) and a pear and banana.
Banana mid morn.
Lunch: leftover sw quiche with onion and ham. And a pear.
Dinner: sw chips and some beef sav rice with added carrots, broc and cauli.
Cups of tea through the day with rest of hxa milk.
Plan to have 3 litres water/NAS squash.
No syns planned yet but might have a wee sumthing 2moro evening.
