Ok so the scales this morn have givin me the severe kick up the bum I needed... 10 stone 10lbs :-( heavier that wen I started. Very determined now!!!!

27/5/13:
Breakie: 2 x toast hxb with butter 4 syns. tea with some of hxa milk

Lunch: lf super noodles and a pear.

Dinner: sw chips 3 x lmc sausages and beans and scram egg (rest of hxa)

Lots of water and NAS squash.

Snack: ham and pickled onions

Syns: 4 for butter
4 for hoops n crosses
3 for mini fudge.
3 for mini curly wurly

No sleep last night... felt like we wer sleepin in a sauna :( this plus * week makes a grumpy me!!

Todays food : 28/5/13

Breakie: 2 x toast hxb and beans. Banana.

Lunch: cous cous, salad of lettuce onion cabbage carrot and pickles. With ham and 5 syns of low far coleslaw. And a pear.

Dinner: pasta bols with onion tomatoes garlic carrots broc n cauli. X lean mince. Might have somd green beans on the side plus hxa cheese.

Syns: 5 on coleslaw

Lol I am * week grumpy, bloated and the weather is putting me in a bad mood too :) Cold and miserable today after what was a lovely weekend. Eight weeks till you get married how exciting! I am going to be an Auntie for the first time in about three weeks time... hurrah! Had friends to stay at weekend - was too scared to look on scales this morning so being super good from now on like you. I find reading diaries like yours really inspiring - together we can do it x
 
Todays food: 29/5/13

Breakie: 2 x toast hxb with beans and hxa cheese.

Banana mid morn and hot choc 2 syns.

Lunch: cous cous ham lettuce carrot onion pickles mayo 3 syns.

Dinner: leftover pasta bols.

Had some ice cream 2nte as my semi blow out cuz im joining group 2moro night... very excited! This will be it now. Motivation :)

Lunch: not sure yet, treating myself to lunch today so poss a baked spid and salad.

Then class at 5.00pm :-/ nervous but so excited!!!

Dinner 2nte will be bacon onion and green bean omlette with sw chips and salad.

Shall start off my new week of syns from 2moro.

Morning hun, how are you today? Well I weighed myself this morning and think I lost 1lbs but need to get on the wii to confirm as not sure our scales are that accurate. They were told its going to be a girl but I don't trust these things lol. If it is a girl they are going to call her Willow. So this morning I had magic porridge for brekkie and have had two cups of tea so far as its cold here again. I keep a bottle of water on my desk and sip that through the day too. For lunch I have rocket, chicken, radishes and cold new potatoes and put about a teaspoon of light mayo. Will also have a mugshot. Tonight I am going to have spaghetti and meatballs - my fav :). Trying to keep syns free for weekend vodka. Hope you having a good day :) x

Im good thank u :) ur food today sounds yum!! The sun is out here today so very easy to get lots of water in today :) got some cottage cheese from tescos ther so tonights omlette will now be a quiche lol. and then leftovers for 2moros lunch :)

Well done on the loss! I used to have a wii, wud love to get 1 again. Had to sell it as the house was too small to do anything in but im in a bigger house now so mte just start looking for 1!

Im trying to go through june with no alcohol and im already thinkin bout saving syns for it lol. Have a nice day :) xxx
 
So im now officially a member again :) start weight was disgusting :( but that has just made me more determined!!

Dinner was a sw quiche, with ham and onion in it. Couple of sw chips and salad. Wee bit el mayo.

Starting to count my syns from 2moro. And next week il be going to a wed night group (from now on) so lets c hw I go from friday til wed!! Excited :)

Got my sw mag so lots of reading and planning 2night xx
 
Just read the new mag n now im feelin great. Positive mental attitude! No drinking alcohol for the month of june as this is when I go downhill. This will be a good challenge and money saver.

Food all planned right up til next wed.

Fresh start 2morrow and no weighing at home at all (another challenge!) Here goes... :)

Slight change of plan. Breakie n lunch wer fine.

Dinner ended up bein a throw together as my wee belly has been very dodgy since lunch time. So dinner was smash bacon onion peas and cheese. Forgot I was havin milk as hxa so gna syn my milk at 1.5 syns for the 3 cups of tea I have had.

Well I ended up having 8 x bottles of bacardi breezers 40 syns.

Got up this morning, went all hot n dizzy. Everything went black and I fainted! Didnt feel the best yday at work was a bit dizzy then.

So I have to go c doc on call. Dont even have the strength to get off sofa. Mum came down to look after me. She came with choc and a chicken and stuffing bap and lucozade. She made me eat them b4 she left. To build up strength
