Dippys diary

So I have been to c doc and she thinks im annemic :0 so I have been told to rest and keep my blood sugars up. Have to go and c my own doc on monday to mayb get a pill change to make * week a bit easier.

Todays food:

Chicken ham and stuffing roll. Counting as 5 syns as the bread ws my hxb. And chocolate twirl which I think is about 10 syns?

Dinner tonight is take away as I dont have the energy to stand and cook and OH is useless in the kitchen. Will be beef or chicken in black bean 5.5 syns with either boiled rice or noodles.

Have had 3 litres of NAS today so at least im hydrated.

Breakie: 2 x boiled eggs, 2 x bacon and herbal tea.

Lunch: was out for a family lunch for my grannys 80th birthday. Had grilled chicken breast, carrots, brocolli, cauli, turnip and a baked spud. Had a tiny bit of sauce which was creamy leek n bacon. Im countin as 5 syns.

Snack later will be 2 ryvita fruit crunch (hxb) with choccy philli 4.5 syns.

Banana mid morn.

L: cous cous, lettuce, ham, carrot, red cabbge, pickles and 1 syn el mayo. Apple and pear.

Dinner wil be lmc sausages n chips or pasta n sauce. Will update later

Had a mug shot at 3.30.

Hada go docs today and get lots of blood taken for testing. Sore head all day. Came home and straight to bed. Got up at 7.30 ther. Still a bit dizzy. Made a gorg dinner... was starvin.

Tuna pasta bacon sweetcorn scallions peppers onion hxa cheese and a side salad. 1 syn for el mayo. Made a big pot so I have sone for lunch 2moro too :)

Had 3 mini jelly beans in work today 1syn.

7.5 syns so far. Mte av a wee choccy later.
 
Tomorrows food 4/6/13

Breakie: 30g weetabix minis choc hxb with tea hxa milk, pineapple and a muller.

Banana mid morn.

Lunch: leftovers from dinner: tuna pasta bacon sweetcorn peppers onion scallions. Apple and pear.

Dinner: making a big pot of turkey mushy pea curry (tomatoes onion scallions mushy peas beans carrots brocolli cauli and turkey. Plenty of curry powder) served with sw chips.

Today has went perfectly to plan :)

Made curry n chips for dinner but was still full from lunch so didnt eat much of it. Having some now tho with cous cous.

Had a bag of snack a jack curls 4.5 syns :) and a milky bar 3 syns.

Dinner: going for a bbq type dinner as its 23degrees here today :)
Beef sav rice, lmc sausage, salad and hxa cheese. Not very exciting and could change by time im home lol.
 
Change of plan. Decided im going to wed class as I have remembered y I stopped going to thurs class with other consultant. So just got home from class.. happy to report that I had 4lb off this week! Very happy and very ready for the week ahead :)

Dinner is 3 x lmc sausages and some beef sav rice with added veggies and hxa cheese.

Had a flump, mini fudge, space raders.

Another gorg sunny day in n.i. and im still smiling from weigh in last night. Would love 3 off for nxt week to get half stone award... fingers crossed. 100% on plan...

Fell a bit off the wagon this evenin but im gna turn it back around.

Was soo hungry after getin hair done I accidently went to the chinese beside it :( had a chicken chow mein. Only ate about 2/3 of it and it wasnt a very big portion. Counting as 10?

And half of my mums kfc cream ball (whippy ice cream with toffee sauce) counting as 20 just to be safe.

On top of the 5.5 I have already had thats a grand total of 35.5 in one flippin day!! So cross with me rte now :mad:

However I plan to go syn free 2moro and very superfree to try and do some damage control!!

Total so far 51.5/105.
 
Fridays plan 7/6/13:

Breakie: pineapple, apple, pear, muller, banana and possibly some melon wen at work.

Lunch: leftover mushy pea curry with cous cous.

Mug shot if hungry in afternoon as doing a 10 hr shift tomorrow.

Dinner: baked spud or chips, homemade burgers (made with new burger press... excited)salad and hxa cheese.

Hxb 2 x alpen light bars at some stage.

Lots and lots of water/NAS squash.

Fingers crossed... no syns!
