Yes, at least, I would say I'm closer to 25 miles, if I add a walk at the weekend with Mr D. Seriously, got to ramp it up in the New Year Mel, getting stuck in a walking rut won't help me lose this wobbly butt !!!

Mel, I'm still swinging!!

Swinging between the Dreadmill and the great Outdoors !! Luckily, it has been really mild here this year, which helps !!

I know I should add more variety to my exercise routine, but walking seems to be the only one I CAN stick with, plus, it's FREE......can't argue with that !!

A bell is pretty cheap and they sell,adjustable ones and you can find routines on YouTube. It really tones you and walking is fab, but does little for the bingo wings.
