Lovely lazy day, paid holiday which was a shock to system! Need to get shedding this weight now!
Made fab pud tonight, whipped double cream and a scoop of chocolate protein powder, Wowwee it hit the spot!!

Did the my fitness pal last night for the first time, I have been so undereating! :eek: :eek:
I couldnt believe it because im never hungry.
So I ended up having another pork chop with fried egg and cheese for supper!
This maybe the reason why im so tired all the time? :confused:

menu today
B 3 slices bacon 2 eggs 2 mushrooms usually only have 1 of each
L spinach leaves 2 cherry toms loads of cucumber roast chicken olives and 2tbs mayo
T either roast chicken or roast beef with kale and cauli mash

S egg and cheese
W trying

Any suggestions on the menu or tiredness would be great! :)

Was well full yesterday! Think the bigger breakfast did it but it was too much :yuk:

I dont know if that fitness pal is a help or not cos yesterday I was over on calories which I was worrying about even though I know not too!!

Feeling loads better, have started on the vits but since doing the my fitness pal i've started eating more so could be that. :)
Weigh in today and im 3.5lbs down!! :party0011:
And my pants are so loose I need a smaller size! :)
