I have loads, and there's a drink in practically every one!!

it's great seeing these pics :)

Just updating my snacks this evening.

Should have had one slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter. But have nibbled a few unsalted cashews and had 2 Tesco Healthy living Carrot cake slices 86 calories each.

Won't let any more food pass my lips but will have a coupl of glasses of water as only had about 1 litre today (but countless green teas)

Sure I don't know what you mean Bex?

Gi Diet: Day 12

Weight: 11st 9lb;)

Breakfast:

Greek Yoghurt
Blackberries
Green Tea

Banana
Orange Juice

Head teachers assembly this morning so had a quick breakfast of yoghurt. Will be having the banana and orange juice after writing this up while listening to Pop Master on radio 2:D

MacKenzie is dying to get a Headteachers certificate but didn't get one today. Every week he says to me "I'm always good and never naughty but I didn't get one!":sigh: Bless him he's such a cutey!:D

I'm Ok with my weight this morning but really need to get back to sticking to the plan to get those couple of pounds back off.

Still feeling tired in the mornings when I wake up so will get a good multivit to take or have a CD pack as my evening snack and see if that helps.

Popping off for my banana now.

Lunch:

Aubergines, potatoes and tomatoes
Wholemeal Pitta

Well made Aubergines, potatoes and tomatoes to have this evening with grilled cod which I bought at the market on Tuesday. Made double quantity to use up ingredients and so thought I'd have some at lunch too with a plain wholemeal pitta. Unfortunately I didn't like it as much as before! I couldn't find the turmeric when making it so had to leave that out also the ingredients aren't as fresh as last time so maybe that didn't help too. It was a bit disappointing and as I am still low in energy I reached for raisin bread and chocolate bisuits.

I will go to Tesco in a bit and take a look at the multivits hope it's just that. Just been a rubbish week not as organised and enthusiastic as last week I guess. Must try harder!

Did I mention my stiff ankles? Wore new boots for school run on Wednesday and got nasty blisters on my heals. Then aerobics yesterday. Now the blisters are much improved but my ankles are so stiff, from not walking properly, I guess! Think I'll pass on the gym today and go over the weekend. Pretty certain they will be better tomorrow. Just any reason to feel a little bit sorry for myself today.

I do have the friday feeling though. I love getting the house ready for the weekend and picking the boys up on a friday shutting the door and knowing that's it for a few days. :)

We are out for a family shopping trip tomorrow as the boys have birthday parties on Sunday and we need to buy presents to take and we still need to get a watch with alarm for DS1 (Theo). Not too much else to do at the shops so it should be an enjoyable day out. Quite looking forward to it.:)

Need go check the boys rooms. I know there is a large pile of clothes to put away. Better go before I think of a reason not to.;)

:break_diet: Things haven't got any better this afternoon and haven't had my planned meal of Fish and Aubergine, Potatoes and Tomatoes.

Had some pizza with the boys and have been snacking. Feeling quite flat, low energy and sharp twinges behind my ears at times. Have got the multi vits and minerals and taken the first one. Am looking forward to the weekend so will get the boys to their beds in good time and get to mine. I'm going to watch a funny dvd and get plenty of sleep.

Tomorrow will be a great day in ever respect. I can feel it, and next week will too!:D

Just need to go check the calander and see if TOTM is this weekend or next as that may have something to do with how I'm feeling.

Tasha, I've been wondering how you are? Hope you are better now and not still suffering!

Hi Sonkie

Bex and I met when we were 17 we were at Exeter college together and have stayed friends ever since. Sadly though before I joined Minimins we only managed to speak to each other about once every six months. Now we keep up daily with each other which is really lovely.:)

I came down to Devon last summer and we met up. We soon realised that we were both on CD which was a real coincidence and Bex recommended me to the forum. So that's how I found out about Minimins.

My mum lives near Bath now, so that's as far south west as I normally go these days but would love to get back down to Devon again this year. Will have to try to arrange it somehow.

That's a good sign;) Rewards tend to go to the naughty kids when they manage to behave for a moment or two...not to the kids that are always well behaved.

Be proud ;)

Thanks KD! I am proud, he is such a good boy and a real cutie.:D

He didn't mention not getting a certificate yesterday so don't think he's getting his hopes up so much now.

We both seemed to have a 'difficult':( maintenance day yesterday. Your experience seemed to help you keep more under control than me. Hope you feel better this morning and have a great weekend.:)
