Refeed today! Lost 3lbs which for me is great as I'm a slow loser, so 18lbs in 3 weeks plus 1.5 between last SW WI and starting the vlcd. Yay! Get to have a piece of fruit today, and tomorrow I can have cereal xx
Ah it's An internal training DVD, it's amazing! Really hard but only 25mins incl warm up and cool, and oh my you feel like you've worked out. A lot of people on all the forums I've read are into it, as it easy to fit into your day. It's jillian michaels 30 dAy shred, you do 10 days at 3 levels of increasing hardness. It's fab! Going to try level 2 tomorrow! Xx

Ah good idea!! You'll also need some hand weights love.
I just did a load of abdominal work and free weights. Trying to build muscle so I burn through those cals faster! X
