Refeed today! Lost 3lbs which for me is great as I'm a slow loser, so 18lbs in 3 weeks :) plus 1.5 between last SW WI and starting the vlcd. Yay! Get to have a piece of fruit today, and tomorrow I can have cereal :) xx

Is butternut squash superfree? Just tucking into ww sausages and veg and wondered. Am hoping it is cos I luuurrrvvveee it! :)

Excellent! I'd rather have squash mash or chips than potato so that's cool. Just discovered ww sausages, can't believe how yummy they are. I had 3 for lunch and at 0.5 syn each, woohoo!

Thanks Jen!! So happy! Going to do the shred every night now until holiday to try and tone up a bit, as my stomach is soooo yuck! I did have an aim for 1.5stone but you never know, I might lose at the end of my refeed too! Going to kinda adapt the refeed I think to make it SW red day friendly, or at least count syns for the extra carbs I'll be having, I can't drink or eat choc anyway so theres not really anything else to use them on!

I dunno if anyone will be interested, but I started grating caulifower on this diet to make like a rice to have with the vlcd chilli, and its actually a really good rice substitute, if you just grate it into the pan with some salt and pepper and fry light, then use as you would with rice, its great, and will be ace for red days :)

Non Scale Victory Announcement

Went for a long walk with my little girl on her scooter - we walked for about an hour round a large park where we live after having a picnic together in the sunshine. The picnic for me was lettuce with dipped beetroot, tomato, cucumber and savoury rice with no added sugar squash! There were hills and we went round a circuit that took us back to the car via the playground there. I did surprisingly well, compared to the last times I have walked anywhere - this donkeystone regime must be getting me fitter than I realised! I have come back full of energy and ready to scrub the floors!!!!!!! Have got my father in law to get me a Victorian firm bristle scrubbing brush!!!! LOL

So it's day 2 on 100%. Can anyone tell me the syns for a Costa Original Iced Tea please.

Ah it's An internal training DVD, it's amazing! Really hard but only 25mins incl warm up and cool, and oh my you feel like you've worked out. A lot of people on all the forums I've read are into it, as it easy to fit into your day. It's jillian michaels 30 dAy shred, you do 10 days at 3 levels of increasing hardness. It's fab! Going to try level 2 tomorrow! Xx

Just ordered the DVD from Amazon. I see this as an investment as it promises big results! Only cost me £4.85 brand new and delivered on Super Saver Delivery. While I wait for it to arrive I will do some Rosemary Conley ones to get used to the idea of doing something every day!
 
Ah good idea!! You'll also need some hand weights love.

I just did a load of abdominal work and free weights. Trying to build muscle so I burn through those cals faster! X

Oh dear, having a bad day today....it's only my second week!! I've been buying clothes and swimsuits to go back to KL with.....I look like the back if a bus! More motivation to get this weight off. Super blobby depressed and eaten terribly today! Poor me!!
