If its a weekend where I'm letting loose I just do 2000 as that's the recommended daily for a woman. You will maintain (should) by doing that. I've managed loads of STS weeks by going crazy at a weekend but balancing it by being really good the other days. Now if I calorie cycle I can have about 2500 on a saturday 2000 Sunday and drop it back to about 1400-1500 the other days and still lose xx

Ooh Jenny I do love pizza!! Just checked and Count on us chargrilled veg, Fajita chicken and ham n mushroom pizzas are all 10 syns per 1/2 the pizza on all plans. Not that bad I suppose if you can flexi-syn over the weekend?
X

I'd say vodka and soda or diet coke for the drinks or a few beers x

Well I'm definitely not pregnant! Totm appeared randomly today?! I dunno what's going on there. Major munchies attack tho, so so hard to control the refeed. Actually had extra, had another potato and a babybel light. Can't see it making a huge difference?! Hope not! X

Morning Ladies,

thank you for all the lovely welcomes! i had a really good day yesterday and did a half hour work out from one of me dvd's ( i actually thought i was guna die afterwards i was so red sweaty and it hurt EVERYWHERE haha)

my partner wants to go to Blackpool sunday for the day and that would normally mean fish and chips but i dont want to work hard up until sunday and spoil on some greasy fish n chips so what would u suggets? Shall i pack a salad to take with me something like that?

have a good day ladies xxx

Sammie Ann, you could have cod and take off the batter (if you have that kind of will power, I don't haha!) or a saveloy which is 6.5 syns, and half a portion of chips for about 8-9 syns, or as much mushy peas as you want!! Mmm, yum! You could just have a flexi-syn day, and that meal would come to between 8 and 15.5 syns depending on your choices :) Really not bad x

Hi Laura, u no i have NEVER tried mussy peas and living in leeds with a real northern bloke who loves them i have never tried them!!
i thought after posting this i cud twist his arm t eat in a cafe n they may do something like a jacket pot so i cud have that with beans maybe? i may be trying mushy peas though! lol xxx

Ooh, I'd never tried mushy peas till doing SW, but they are defo yummy - and feel like a comfort kinda food. They're really cheap too - Asda do really nice ones for like 6p! :O Yeah, a cafe would be much better but just remember that if you do head to the chippy, it's not terrible! :) x

Yeh luv i no, we will jus see how the day goes but will update u all lol! Were off t Asda later so may get some t try i jus dont like the way they look and im not that keen on peas! xxx

Mushy peas Mmmmmmmmmm love them. Actually that might be the answer to my 'bunged up' issues I am having since I started back on the diet on Monday. I'm really very uncomfortable :( I'd have thought with all the fruit, salad, weetabix and wholewheat pasta I've been eating I'd have had the opposite problem. Apparently not....any other ideas girls?

Are you drinking enough?? Sometimes when people get a bit constipated they concentrate too much on getting enough fibre etc, and don't drink as much... Try upping the water intake and see how you go :) x

Thanks Laura, I must admit I'd not thought of that one - so obsessed about getting all the food right like you said. I'll get drinking! :waterbottle:

Definitely drink loads, and massage your abdomen, if that fails try drinking a really strong black coffee, should do it! xx

Hi All! Hoping I can join you??

I've been absent from SW for about 3 months now due to selling/buying a house and living with my in-laws for 8 weeks! Boy it was tough! I could of tried harder to stick to SW but MIL wouldn't let me help out with the cooking and so I just gave in and enjoyed my stay instead.

Now we are settled inot our new home and finally have a freezer i've decided that I must try to get back into things.

My brother is getting married Sept 13th and we go to Ireland on holiday on the 15th so although its not a lot of time to lose weight its a start and besides, i'd rather lose 1-2 lbs than gain anymore!

I wan't to have a go at trying SW at home and if I fail I probably will join a new class after my hols.

I shall weigh myself on sunday and asses the damage but in myself I think its around a stone gain.

Looking forward to speaking to you all soon!!
