So back on it and today is pointed because I'm eating lasagne (any ideas of points?!)

Breakfast: bran flakes and milk 5
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich 7
Dinner: Lasagne (oh dear!) 15 at a guess

I'm also off to a taekwondo class this evening so that should help cancel out the muffin a bit!
 
Ok so I also had wine and a ripple last night.

Today:
Breakfast: shreddies
Lunch: turkey and salad sandwich
Dinner: homemade burgers (horse free!) potatoes and veg

That's a pretty good SF day I think. And I'm off to stock up on healthy food this evening.

Thank you! Today's pretty similar - bran flakes (I'm tweaking, if shreddies are SF these should be!!) and turkey salad sandwich. Dinner is a surprise still but should be fine.

The unofficial not-to-be-trusted scales have me at about 72kg this morning. :)

Not much else to report. Life is mostly work and trains at the moment! I'm out for lunch on sat AND sun but I'm going to try to be good.
